SCAM WARNING: DAMIEN ZAMORA/GOMOBILE SOLUTIONS.

If you are considering buying ANYTHING from this guy Damien Zamora and his dodgy outfit GoMobile Solutions, please read this first as I would like to give my experience and a very strong warning to stay well clear of this total scam artist.
When I say SCAM ARTIST, I use the term very specifically, before reading the rest of this, please follow the links below to see the true nature of this individual:

https://www.ftc.gov/sites/default/files/documents/cases/2004/01/031211end70stip.... />

As for my experience with him, just over a year ago, I watched a webinar for a system that Zamora was selling called Geo Lead Pro. It was a way of targeting competitors’ businesses to generate leads as a B2B service for local businesses.
I live in the UK and wanted the system to provide this service to my UK clients, I asked if the system was suitable for the UK and Europe and was told that it was 100% suitable for the UK market.
A few days after I bought the system, all the people that had bought from Europe were invited to another webinar where we were told: “yes we told you it worked in the UK but in fact, it doesn’t as it breaks GDPR laws. Not to worry though, we can achieve the same results with the “look back” facility and as a gesture of goodwill, this would now be free for life”.
Whilst I was disappointed and a little annoyed, I accepted this compromise and went about the job of setting up all of the peripherals required to market any high-value service. I literally spent hundreds of hours setting up website, collateral, agreements, videos, graphics, social media, marketing, advertising etc.
When I tried to go live with my marketing, I was then told that in fact, the look back facility was also not currently available but would be very shortly.
To cut a long story short, I spent months trying to get answers from GoMobile’s appalling obfuscation operation that they call “support” which is seemingly staffed by semi-literate, poorly paid non-English speaking people, no doubt based in some third world country, that do not even try to help but send cut and paste answers or completely irrelevant nonsense, usually many days or even a week after you have raised a query.
As it transpired, the lookback facility NEVER became available either. This was not the fault of the providers of GLP, it was the misrepresentation and fraudulent claims made by Zamora and then refusal to offer any form of a refund, despite selling something that was impossible to use in the regions he had promised it was fine for.
As I said, I wanted a refund but couldn’t get one and was just given the run around by Zamora and his cronies.
Stupidly and in a moment of weakness, I watched a webinar that Zamora was running, offering a seemingly amazing deal on app development for local businesses. It seemed genuine and I wanted some way to get my money back so I spoke to Zamora and did a deal whereby he waived the initial $97 setup fee and I subscribed to his “white label” app development service at $300 per month.
I don’t know where to start with what a scam this app development thing is. You get a website and site builder that looks like something from the ’90s. You get the same semi-literate time-wasters acting as “support”, ensuring it takes weeks if not months to get a simple query answered and to cap it all, the apps are an absolute joke, they tell you to sell these for up to $4000, they are not worth $40, they are total junk.
Here is the kicker though, the absolute proof that these guys are not just incompetent producers of appalling quality systems, GoMobile Solutions are an outright SCAM.
In this so-called “WHITE LABEL” system, Zamora deviously hides links to his own sales pages in the customer-facing content, in many and varied places.
In the GoMobile “training” you are advised to sell apps to businesses initially that you know, people that trust you (low hanging fruit) for $3000 and when we provide them with an app viewer, there hidden behind links supposedly to “about us” or “privacy policy” are links to Zamora’s sales pages screaming “Sign up with us and buy these apps for $97 and sell them for $1000 - $4000 pop!
This link is HIDDEN behind a link to the privacy policy in the viewer that YOUR CUSTOMER has to be provided to view his draft app!

This is a screenshot of the sales page Zamora’s hidden link will take your customers to:

https://1drv.ms/u/s!AluA1u_nUwDOgaIDCK21504-rOQ-OA?e=NXxwVD

Zamora makes sure that his company name and YouTube channel are ALSO in the “white label” videos on your “white label” website as well. His strategy seems to be to get people to buy his crappy systems so that he can then market directly to your expensively acquired prospects and sell them his crappy apps for the same price that you, his so-called white label partner, buys them for.
If you try to get your money refunded or point out that what he is doing is immoral, unethical, possibly illegal, certainly fraudulent and most definitely a scam, you get threats of lawyers and/or stonewalling, but no refunds, once this character has your money, he will give up a kidney before he gives you back one penny.
If you do contact Zamora and try to get a refund, you can also expect him to threaten to libel and slander you. This is what he threatened me with:
“I have many successful people using the very stuff you refer to as scam.. I will be reaching out to Chris Munch, Chris Winters and other friends to warn them of working with you..”
I don’t know if Chris Munch and Chris Winters are happy for this proven con artist to be using their names in this way but we will see….
Please be aware, these disgusting, deceitful practices speak of absolutely premeditated fraud, they are not mistakes or oversights, these links to his sales pages are purposely hidden in information we need to send to our own customers, this cannot be done by mistake, it is by design. This guy is a complete fraud. I am reporting him to the authorities and will be exposing him and his scams as far and wide as possible to stop him scamming more innocent hard-working people out of their hard-earned money.
If you have had dealings with this scammer, please contact me as I would like additional evidence to go to the authorities with and possibly to bring a class-action lawsuit against him and GoMobile Solutions. This man must be stopped, he is causing harm to many people with these fraudulent scams and he has nothing but utter contempt for his victims. He must be shut down permanently and possibly put in prison for what he is doing. Please take this warning seriously and do not fall for his scams, but if you already have previously fallen prey to this scammer, please help me to bring him to justice.
Please share this post on social media and marketing forums.

Hello,
Customer is not correct in that we "clearly offered" a refund policy on the webinarWe state clearly in multiple locations (sales page next to "buy Button" and also the Terms and Conditions)Sales Page states:
"Due to the digital assets being supplied, there is no refund for this
purchase"
The Terms and Conditions Return Policy states this in even more detailWe have found that many customers have been recording our training video's, copying other supplied training materials, learning the program through our support team, and then getting a full refund while retaining all the materials and knowledgeThus we no longer offer the day refund periodWe sent a lengthy reply to the customer on January 14th, including links to relevant details, including the entire webinar recording which we listened to and verified it did not state there was day refund offeredWe did offer the customer a choice of some of our other products for free as gesture of good faithTo date we have not heard back from the customer

We disagree with the customers claims and assertions, however we have already granted him a full refund. The open rates we claim when using our system in the manner taught is accurate, see links below. This customer did not pull 20-30 as stated, only 13, which is too little to get an accurate read...

on open rates.  Here's statistics on our open rates (as advertised, approximately 40% open rate):  40.3% as of 4/7/17: [redacted] 39.6% as of 4/25/17: [redacted]
Additionally, his claim to have pulled Snapshot Reports for 20-30 is false. His account only had 13 pulled, as shown here: https://www.screencast.com/t/QqeiJ7Ulb -There are a lot of variables and 13 Snapshots is not enough of a sample size for any kind of a valid test.   We trust this will satisfy case, thank you. GoMobile Solutions

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. They are resolving this issue only because of the intercession of Revdex.com. There is nothing wrong with my email server, it is run by Register.com and their claims of trying to contact me are totally false. They admit there is a 30-day guarantee but they do not return phone calls or acknowledge emails. These people are not to be trusted. I will never do business with them again!
Regards,
[redacted]

This customer purchased another product from us in May 2013, and he has used our support then (we offer live phone support, live chat, and also an email ticket system) on that product. For some reason [redacted] did not try to contact us on this new matter (although his complaint says we would not...

honor the 30 day gaurantee- we show no calls or emails from him). We believe this issue is the result of [redacted] having his own email server for thomasreidy.com, and it appears emails to that server are hard bouncing, so he probably has something misconfigured. Our products are delivered via a welcome email with all login access. We also reach out with a live, welcome phone call which went unanswered or returned. [redacted] may also have sent in an email ticket which possibly did not go out and get to us due to his email server issues. Below is the Welcome email sent showing un opened and the RED circle means in BOUNCED. You can see all our emails to him are unanswered with most showing "bounced". There are no emails in to our support on this matter. In any event I instructed our staff to allow the Chargeback that [redacted] initiated to go through versus us defending it which we certainly could have probably won, however as [redacted] is unhappy and we offer a 30 day refund period which is always honored, he now has his money back.
Also our staff reached out to him twice to ensure he had received his Welcome emails (but these bounced as well)November 12th, 2014:[redacted],
Hello and thank you for contacting our Support Team. I hope you're
having a great day. I checked your account and it does look like you
were only charged 1 time. A receipt and welcome emails were sent out to
you, did you receive those?

Hello, I hope you're having a great day. Just following up with you to
make sure you did receive yoru welcome emails and receipts?

Overhyped, overpriced products and condescending customer service agents. Ian McNicol is supposed to be the white label partner "concierge", but the day after I signed up he didn't even know I was a "white label partner" until I called and told him! They don't pay attention to detail. Terrible service.

When I contacted billing for copies of the invoices I had paid so I could give it to my accountant to write it off as a business loss (oh, what a loss it was) they sent me some garbage that had nothing to do with my account, not even with the right dates and an invitation to reactivate my account with them. Extremely condescending.

They promote that you can sell your digital agency with all the products you buy from them, but then when it comes time for you to sell your company/website, you get left holding the bag with all your app credits and no way to transfer them to the person buying your website.

Then Ian asked me, "Why don't you just do the business?" Because I don't like doing business with people who are condescending, don't pay attention to detail and contradict each other. Ian is extremely condescending and then will try to sell you something else when you are clearly trying to cut them loose.

Shortly after I signed up for Go Mobile they launched a new product. One of their partners who developed VA360 even bad mouthed the mobile apps and said I would have been better off buying VA360 because the mobile apps are just a one shot deal. Gee, thanks for making me feel so smart for investing in Go Mobile Solutions mobile apps as a "white label partner".

When I asked if I could transfer my purchase to VA360, which at the time, seemed to be better as far as residual income was concerned, I was told no, but I could purchase VA360 in addition to the mobile apps. Gee, thanks for the permission to buy more from you.

Your partner is so money hungry, she bad mouthed one of your products, that she helped develop according to Ian, just to sell the latest shiny object, which I have come to find out has quite a bit of tarnish on it and not all it's hyped up to be either.

My family and I would have been better off if I had taken the money I invested in Go Mobile Solutions and opened an eCommerce store with a platform like Shopify.

I could go on about the issues I've had dealing with this company but I will just quote a fellow reviewer that stated it so poignantly - "Make no mistake, if you sign up with GoMobile Solutions, they will gladly take your money, then provide spotty service, as well as buggy systems."

If your looking to make sustainable, consistent money online without the headaches and hype, Go Mobile is not the solution.

Gomobile solutions are not a good company to deal with stay away from them. I attented a webinar about virtual 360 agency product marketed and sold by Gomobile Soultions. In the webinar they claimed the product had a 30 to 40 percent open rate (which the software notifies of, and its all trackable) when used to market the product to new local business customers you add inside the virtual 360 agency. The webinar was very hyoped up and showed how you can make a lot of money using the product to market to local businesses. The product was 1041 dollars with a 341 dollars per month fee for 3 months, plus 2 dollars per email you send to local businesses. I paid the first instalment and started using the product. I added between 20 to 30 local businesses and it obvoius within a few weeks the open rate was nowhere near the 30 to 40 percent rate they claimed in the webinar. When a guy called Ian claimed the open rate was only for warm leads not new new ones. Funny that they decided not to mention that in thier hyped up webinar. They have refused to take my complaints seriously and dont seem to be prepared to do anything. I stoppped my credit card and prevented them taking any more payments.
Stay away from this company, they are untruthful at best.

Agreed!

Review: We bought GoMobile's training program on a webinar. It was clearly stated on the webinar that the training was refundable. Once we bought the system, within 1 week we realized that we did not have time to do the training and asked for a refund. We never went onto their website, got any of the training, nothing. Several emails, phone calls, and they told us they would get right back to us after listening to the webinar since they didn't believe us! They are accusing us of lying when they are not standing by their word! Very frustrating customer service experience and it is upsetting as we thought we were making a risk free purchase that was guaranteed to be refundable. I would not recommend this company as their customer service seems to be non existent and they are not standing by their verbal refund guarantee. Very disappointing.Desired Settlement: As we were promised, we would like our money back, and suggest you give full disclosure to your future customers. Whether or not you change the system to be easier on people is up to you, but I would recommend it as we have been kind and persistent to get this resolved yet treated poorly.

Review: I was invited to a webinar for learning a new skill by [redacted] from [redacted]. The Webinar was given by [redacted] for the PPC Profits Formula training class. I got so excited that I registered for the class while the webinar was still going and didn't see the no refund policy they had. I registered on Thursday October 15th at about 10:00 PM CST with the first instalment of 3 for $347.00. The next day I was invited to a bonus webinar for this course by an email from the company. Since I registered for the course I felt obligated to attend the webinar. After taking time off from my work to attend this webinar, I found out that this webinar was intended for the people who finished the course material and went over all the lectures already. In the inviting email it was suggested to email our questions before the webinar so they can answer our questions during the webinar. I email my questions before the webinar was started. Not only I didn't get anything from the webinar but also none of my questions were answered not during or after the webinar. Feeling very unhappy with the way this course was planned and the money I paid, I went to the web site to check the course. I only found number of poorly recorded powerpoints without any eBooks or studying material to read or keep. I felt even worst that why did I paid $347.00 for this so called training course and still have to pay 2 more instalments of $347.00 for the next 2 months. Word Stream offers this training free of charge with more than 55 free downloadable PDF books. Since I haven't used any of the training materials on the website (the materials are power points that can not be downloaded) and I wasn't happy with the course materials, preparation and the support, I wrote an email to Mr. [redacted] and requested a refund on Sunday october 18th. After sending 3 more emails, I was told that they do not refund. Why pay $347 for something you haven't used and is not as good as advertised.Desired Settlement: I would like my $347.00 to be refunded. Since I did not use any of the course material and asked for the refund 3 days after I registered due to the poor quality of the material, support and organization not to mention the very expensive price.
