My fiancée ordered a part from him, was told 2 to 3 days, 3 days go by and nothing. 9 days go by and nothing still. He couldn't provide proof the part was ordered. There was no tracking number for the part. Fiancee paid upfront. He would not give him a refund when asked just to give money back. $465 is what my fiancée paid. Its been almost 4 weeks now and still no part or money given. Thief is all I can say about this guy. Even calling the police was threaten to him and he said go ahead and call them. Please do not use this guy for any service he will scam you.
The natrona heights is the new location , no others and that is the guy and place I'm talking about and im very pleased with them
Was looking if Gonella had a website. I've gone to Gonella's for my parts for many years now and so do my friends. I always recommend him for cheap good quality parts. Hes also always been very quick, pulled parts same day and orders next day. I was surprised to see this review and others. I wonder if these are really accurate with what really took place.
To say this man is a theif is nothing close to my experiennces . I just wanted to leave this here cause he's been around a long time small business owner and he's the guy to go to in my book
This Gonellas we used was located in Natrona Heights Pa. Don't Use this specific one in Natrona Heights.
Review: Gonella's auto recyclers is a parts store for vehicles, I ordered a truck bed and door for my vehicle and was never delivered a bed but I did get a door that was unusable. The money was given to the business up front and when I told him the door was unable to be used he started wanting to fight. I asked for my money back for the bed that I never received and he would not give it back and he was rude and asked to meet him somewhere to solve it by fighting saying that he is a MMA fighter and boxer. He started pushing my father and when he pushed my father Infront of his business my father tripped and broke his ankle. He then punched my father. And refused to give us our money backDesired Settlement: I gave the owner of Gonella's Auto Recyclers a check for $1136.50 that he cashed the next day I would like my money that I have him back
Review: I ordered a used part from him he was suppose to ship me the part so I paid for it on the phone, he did not I went out to pick it up it was the wrong part. He told me that was what I ordered I took to see if I could make it work, I could not so I RETURNED the part he ordered me "the right part" charged me AGAIN and never made a refund for the wrong part after several promises I have waited long enough since this happened in March & I have made several attempts to get it on my own. The part he actually got me was also unusable but I do not know where I put it plus he never refunded me for the first so no use in even trying to return it. I guess I eat it for that one. The parts in question cost me $80.25 each I am only asking to be refunded for the already returned part that I never used & he has. I will never use this guy again because he seems to be giving me the run around since I am a woman.Desired Settlement: I am only asking that I be refunded for the item I paid for & he has since I could not use it.
