I have been with Go Net Speed since they came to New Haven. I think it was February. I am so happy with their service. The install was super fast, and he was very neat and super helpful with my questions about setting up the WiFi router. The internet has only gone down once and it was quickly addressed - though they could have done a better job communicating the outage. But that aside, the speeds are great, and the customer service is amazing. And the price! And the lifetime guarantee! Sign up as soon as they are in your neighborhood.

We went to Go Net Speed when our cable company got too expensive. My wife is the techie person and found that our internet speed with the major cable provider was only on-third of what it was supposed to be. We switched to Go Net Speed and got a *** and *** account and have all the same channels for half the cost, along with faster internet.

I've had GoNetSpeed as my ISP for a couple years now. I was ecstatic to have an option outside of Comcast and they have not disappointed. I've had little to no downtime outside of scheduled maintenance that was well communicated ahead of time. No data caps and consistent high speed has allowed me to cut the cord of traditional cable/ISP companies. I look forward to continuing to do business with GoNetSpeed for many years to come.

I would highly recommend GoNetSpeed. The customer service alone was unbelievable, especially in comparison to Comcast.
1. When I called to set up the service, I did not have to fight endlessly to get a caring compassionate human being only the phone, who even followed up with me via email after.
2. The technicians were kind, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They came out a week before the install, to get some things set up before and even answered silly questions I had about the service and equipment.
3. Extremely punctual when it was time to install the service. Comcast left a bunch of cords hanhing and dangling all through my basement. They were extremely careful to set up the wire neatly and securely.
4. After the initial install I could not get my service to work they way I thought they had described it. And even at this point the technicians were still helpful and took a personal amount of time to help me look into equipment, which honesty was not something they had to do. You can tell they are just dedicated to the service and believe in it. After several days I found out my service wasn't working at all anymore, and when I called to troubleshoot, I found out the problem I was having all along, was because I had never disconnected my wifi router to Comcast. And now that I am actually using the service, it is so much faster and so reliable.
I highly recommend this company, especially to anyone considering making the switch from Comcast.
