Me and my husband went to this place looking to become a customer on Friday the 25th.of November at around 830amWe are from California and did not have internet and did not wish to have internet just wanted to watch tvWe are seniors and thought all we had to do is connect the device and watch basic channelsWhen the sales man found out that we did not wish to have internet he started using the F word and saying I cant believe you didn't know you had to have internetBeing a real ***I said to him are you really using the F word saying o my F ing godI have been in management all my live and this sales man should be terminated for the language he used in front of me and my husbandI will say this if we ever decide to get internet this would be the last place I give my business toFirst impressions is everything theses days and I can now see why the place was deadWith this type of customer service and the lack of professional employees this company has they will be out of business soonSo my advice to anyone looking for tv services go somewhere else
I got Go Now TV back in February and it is greatNo cable or satellite bills just the high speed internet is neededThey don't have all the bugs worked out quite yet, but you can watch any movie or TV show ever madeYou've seen the last MASH episode, but have you seen the first one? Have you seen the first episode of Two and a Half Men when his wife throws him out and he moves in with Charlie? I watched every episode of Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Downton Abbey etcNow sometimes when you want to watch something, it's not available at that time, so I just watch something else and the live TV works only so soIf you are real particular this might not be for you but with thousands of shows and movies for free...I love it
