Unfortunately said complaint is not at all satisfied with what she signed which clearly states Storage Post late fee structure  and its policies regarding them. It is unfortunate that we could  have settled this matter between tenant and Storage Post. Attached you will find a signed copy of her lease, notes placed in her account as well as copies of all her receipts stating her paid thru date.
