In Response to the complaint from *** ***; After inspecting the driveway we have the following observations:Cracking of Edges:No topsoil to support the asphalt, was recommended at installRuts and Low spots: The ruts are actually scuffing of tires turning sharply on pavement, which
is common on degree plus days with asphalt deflection due to useThe industry standard is a year warranty periodWe are willing to crack fill with black beauty sealer and tackcoat. No refund is warranted with this installationWe have attached a photo of the driveway. Sincerely,Bob Gonyo
