HelloI see that the desired outcome is for my company to finish the job I cannot complete the job because I was told I was no longer welcome on the property Before this complaint was filed, I did offer to do the repairs but the customer and I could not come to an agreement I
offered to replace the damaged deck slats and re-paint the entire deck I was not made aware of the A/C or electrical issues until after I was told I was not to approach the propertyAt first, I did try to collect the final payment of $2,but when we could not come to an agreement regarding the repairs I allowed the customer to keep the remaining amount Also, an insurance claim has been filed for these damages My insurance adjuster has advised me to let the insurance handle the situation Even after the claim was filed with my insurance I still allowed him to keep the final payment If his claim results in a payment, he will be paid twice for the same damages I have tried to resolve this situation as professionally as possibleI have forwarded the pictures, emailsand texts related to this complaint to [email protected]
