I did not confirm the appointment when prompted to do so, and had removed the appointment information from my calendarWhen I had received another chance to confirm my appointment, which I first viewed at 1110am, I then went to just cancel the appointment, all completed by 1114amLets get the facts straightAfter the $charge to my account for cancelling this appointment was applied, Mr*** was not reasonable considering the circumstancesI went to his website & read the reviews, and was appalled by how many other people had made similar claims to how unprofessional he had been to them, and found complaints similar to my own, with exception to his horrendous callous on his fingerWhat real massage therapist has calloused hands?
