Hiring Gonzales Moving and Storage for our move out of state was the worst decision we have ever made The packers were horrible and the gross waste of packing material was unbelievable The damage to our property was considerable and the worst thing of all was precious heirloom vintage jewelry went missing and Mayflower would not honor the loss on the claim because even though we purchased additional insurance coverage for our personal property, they said it wasn't enough to cover the missing jewelry The Gonzales packers are the sons of the owners and they did the worst packing job we have ever seen We were charged over two thousand dollars for packing materials and then in the end we had to pay them even more and the waste was unbelievable The packers destroyed many pieces of our property and the sloppy and negligent handling of our household goods was shocking The missing jewelry had been in my family for nearly eighty years and now it is gone and I am sick about it I can't believe my rings are gone and I will never see them again Rings given to me by my dying mother and the result of using Gonzales Moving and Storage my most precious treasures are gone foreverI was so devastated with the experience we had with Gonzales Moving and Storage that I waited too long to file a complaint against them with the Revdex.com so all I can do is a Business Review I have told everyone I know in Amarillo to tell everyone they know, to tell everyone they know BEWARE......If you value your property, don't use Gonzales Moving and Storage for a move because you will regret it for the rest of your life, just like I will
