Spoke with Mr*** and informed him spare tires are sold as an accessory on Acura sedans. The decision to remove spare tires was implemented by Acura USA not *** *** *** will be installing a spare tire kit for Mr*** at no cost to

To whom it may concern,

I have investigated Mr. [redacted]’s complaint and regret to inform you that due to the time that has passed (10 months) since his purchase, none of the parties involved in his transaction were able to recall any specific details.  They definitely don’t have recollection of our client being upset at the time of sale.  However, I was able to review all documentation related to Mr. [redacted]’s purchase and was able to review his completed application for credit.  The credit application was filled out by Mr. [redacted] electronically and his electronic signature is present on the document.  Furthermore, we show record of a lender approval obtained in Mr. [redacted]’s behalf and can only speculate as to why this approval was not used for his transaction.  I can only assume that the approval was not to his satisfaction and therefore he chose to decline dealer arranged financing,  paying cash instead.  We will not be able meet Mr. [redacted]'s desired settlement of removal of credit inquiries from his credit bureau due to his authorization to apply for credit during his purchase.
Please inform Mr. [redacted] that I would be happy to discuss this matter with him at any time and may be reached at [redacted].
