From: Gonzalez Auto Repair ###-###-#### Mr [redacted] brought his Ford Expedition to our facility on a tow truck We did an inspection and found that the engine needed to be rebuiltWe rebuilt the engine, yes, the vehicle was here at my shop for several weeksThe owner travels our of state frequently Finally he picked up his vehicle and drove it to his house, then calls me saying there was a coolant leakI went to his residence and inspected the problem, I found that the heater core was bad and needed to be replacedThen he towed his vehicle back to my shop on a tow hookThe heater core was replaced at half of the regular price so that he can be happyMr [redacted] picked up his vehicle again and drove it a few miles, came back with a misfire cylinder # We changed the # ignition coil at no charge and drove the vehicle for many milesHe went on another business trip for more weeks, came back and picked up the vehicle, again drove it back and the vehicle was misfiring againHe took it to another repair facility and did a diagnosis and found bad spark plugs and bad injectorsIt is not our responsibility to replace a heater core or any ignition coils, as well as fuel injectors for what we were hired to doWe are only responsible for internal engine problemsHe comes back weeks later with a $ bill that he wanted me to pay and I asked Mr [redacted] to bring his vehicle back again so we can check itHis answer was that he was done with meHe came back a month later very upset telling me that he was going to sue my [redacted] *** Sincerely, [redacted]

This person did not pay one cent not even to take his car back home for all the labor work I didAamcoo would charge $to just replace the clutch on this vehicle I tried to work with him on price and lowered my price down to $from the $that I told him afterthat’s way less than any
other mechanic would do for this jobEven after I lowered my price down to $he still reduced to do the job and took his car without paying one centAnd the reason why I took weeks to get his car in, is because I had more work in front of him waiting

Finally he picked up his vehicle and drove it to his house, then calls me saying there was a
coolant leak. I went to his residence and inspected the problem, I found that the heater core was
bad and needed to be replaced. Then he towed his vehicle back to my shop on a tow hook. The
heater core was replaced at half of the regular price so that he can be happy. Mr. [redacted] picked
up his vehicle again and drove it a few miles, came back with a misfire cylinder # 4. We changed
the # 4 ignition coil at no charge and drove the vehicle for many miles. He went on another
business trip for 2 more weeks, came back and picked up the vehicle, again drove it back and the
vehicle was misfiring again. He took it to another repair facility and did a diagnosis and found
bad spark plugs and bad injectors. It is not our responsibility to replace a heater core or any
ignition coils, as well as fuel injectors for what we were hired to do. We are only responsible for
internal engine problems. He comes back 2 weeks later with a $ 500.00 bill that he wanted me to
pay and I asked Mr. [redacted] to bring his vehicle back again so we can check it. His answer was
that he was done with me. He came back a month later very upset telling me that he was going to
sue my [redacted].
