The reason is has not cleared more than likely from your credit history is because bankruptcy never paid us the full amount. That is why it is still showing in your credit. We received the notification that you were discharged from bankruptcy in 8/31/2012 and after that happened that means bankruptcy stops sending us payments that is why it still shows in your credit. That you would have to discuss with the individuals that were in charge of your accounts when you filled for bankruptcy. This complaint regarding account#[redacted] was written off June 29,2011. The account will be displayed as bad debt since it was never paid in full but was written off as a P&L in 2011. It will continue to show as bad debt unless you decide you would like to pay off the remaining balance....
If you don't payoff the account it will just continue to show in your credit report as bad debt. We are not trying to collect from you, we are just simply stating to the Credit Bureau that the account was never paid off in full. Your are more than welcome to come by one of our locations and pick up a copy of all the payments that were given to this account. Bankruptcy will never pay the full amount owed. You agreed to an amount and that's what you are paid. Why is it then that Gonzalez Furniture fill in 2011 as a lost. Didn't Gonzalez Furniture already got paid for the difference? Didn't Gonzalez Furniture get credit and that amount was written off. Why is Gonzalez Furniture fighting over $130.00 dollars. Didn't I pay Gonzalez Furniture over $3600.00 dollars at one time? Look at my account, I paid more then waht the furniture is worth. What more does Gonzalez Furniture want? $130.00?
