The response from [redacted] has been received and again this unfortunate incident was nothing more than a clerical error by a office staff member the form is the same as we use for oil change programs that we would offer new car customers that were infact when reported to ***(***) those were infact "incentives" however since [redacted] uses the same form for all their products the office person just coded it the same as if it were an oil change program since the form is the same Nothing more We feel bad that this has happened and offered to cancel the service contract for [redacted] he however did not want that, he wanted to be able to cancel it on his own at any timewhich by correcting the coding with [redacted] made this possible

First and foremost there has never been any so called dishonest communication or treatment of this customer Secondly when the referenced vehicle service agreement was reported to (***/***) it was coded incorrectly as of 3/16/has been corrected and [redacted] has been notified of this, and as of this date we consider this matter to completed and closed

At this time we have reached out to the customer to have him bring in the vehicle to inspect it and resolve the issue however the customer has made no attempts to return the callWe would like to inspect the rotors to see if infact they had not been turnedwe would like to resolve this situation
as soon as possible however if the customer doesn't respond we cannot address this. Thank you *** *** Service Falveys Motors

we never received any response from the customer after we reached out to him to discuss specifically bringing in the vehicle to bring it in for inspection. As we stated before we would like to resolve this situation as soon as possible. MrMauri only needs to call us to make arrangements to bring in the vehicle to the shop for inspection so we can look into his problem with it. *** ***Service*** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I called the owner back the same day he "reached out"He did not call me backThe message he originally left, said nothing about bringing the car in, only he was calling me in regards to my car

I am rejecting this response because:"coded incorrectly" it was reported to *** as a dealer incentive that customer paid zero forI paid 1888$ plus tax*** /*** told me falveys is being cited for this and they had wrong doing on their part but it is being done internally .if course when this matter came up falveys quickly called *** and had it changed to customer paid

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although I wish the business would have additionally provide additional expense as for the 3 hour trip to and back from their location. I greatly appreciate the actions and concerns of the Revdex.com. I feel as though with out Revdex.com stepping in this matter would have not been resolved in such a timely and satisfactory manner. It went from from I'm not sure how I can help you and we won't provide any loaner to the business agreeing to fix and provide loaner. I'm a believer in you should stand behind the product you sell.
