Common sense is not being exercised by Goo Goo staffI want someone independent of the outcome to look at my car and then look at the tapeI have gone to goo goo for years and this was the first time the prep person washed the drivers outside mirror, looking at the video he apparently slipped and then went down the side of my carAs I've stated numerous times its not a coincidence that I heard a loud bang that day and its not a coincidence that I have damage in the same areaAn area IMPOSSIBLE to be damaged by another carThis dent is less than an inch from the glassSomeone with common sense would reach the same conclusion. On June 5, 2015 the custtomer had his 2011 Lincoln MKS washed at
the GOO GOO Express Wash at 3267 Morse Rd. On June 9, 2015, The customer came by
the wash and told one of our associates that we had put a small dent on his
door when it was washed on June 5. Our associate told him that we would...

need to
complete an Incident Report and that he would need to speak with our General
manager, [redacted]. The customer indicated that he did not have time to fill
out a report then. Our General Manager, [redacted], called him that afternoon.
The customer stated that the wooden handle from the brush that was used to “prep”
his car put the dent in it, but he could not recall specifically when he was at
the wash. [redacted] indicated to him that we needed a day and time in order to view
his vehicle on our cameras. The customer called back later with the correct time
and day. The customer came to our wash the morning of June 10 and met with [redacted], our GM. [redacted] viewed the video with the customer which showed the brush handle did
not touch the vehicle. The customer then said that it must have been the back of
the brush and that we did it. [redacted] indicated that only the brush touched his vehicle and the small dent did not occur at our wash
and was prepared to offer him a Gift Card for having to have come by the wash,
but the customer was upset and left. We did not hear back from the customer until we
received the notice from Revdex.com of Central Ohio.
We have reviewed the video at our corporate office and
determined that nothing unusual occurred during the “prep” process and that the customer's car did not get damaged at the wash. The only thing that touched his
vehicle was the brush. Additionally, the customer's vehicle was washed on June 5 and
we did not hear from him until June 9. Respectfully, we submit that this vehicle was not damaged at our wash.
