I asked this family when they were paying their bill if they wanted the tip on the card or did they leave the tip on the table. They told me they left the tip on the table however, they did not. This family comes into our restaurant twice a month and travel very far to get here.
Each time they are here they leave a mess to clean up and tell us our food is mediocore. I don't understand why they travel so far to eat here when they do not enjoy the food and leave a mess each time they come. I will refund the $5, but nothing more. I would like to know why they continue to eat here
