MsT [redacted] did contact our office and we did ask her if she would bring in her carShe never mentioned she would need to have it towed, her response was "Okay, fine!" and then she disconnected the callWe have made a couple of repairs to her vehicle as she has stated, even though we sold her an older model car with no warranty and with an "AS IS" statement which she signedHowever, we do as much as we can to reasonably assist our customersWe did have MsT [redacted] sign a Goodwill Repair Agreement which allows us to help her but still keeps the AS IS agreement validWe would be more than happy to continue to assist herAt some point we do have to charge customers for parts but we do not charge laborWe are under no obligation to repair her vehicle and if she would like to seek out another repair shop at her own cost we wish her the best

At some point we do have to charge customers for parts but we do not charge labor. We are under no obligation to repair her vehicle and if she would like to seek out another repair shop at her own cost we wish her the best.
I am rejecting the response because I talk to R[redacted] and I personally told him that my car wasn't able to make it back to Greenville that it needed to be towed he responded by saying is there any other way like can you have somebody to drag it up here or something and I told him no and I informed him I'm guessing I was the one who had to pay to get it towed back he said well if you can bring it up here or get it towed up here then oh well that's all I can tell you my response wasn't okay fine until R[redacted] said that they have made no effort to contact me to see if the car is working or is not or no effort to fix the problem that they charge me for and tacked on to my car payment
