9-12-2016With response to our customer complaint:The Lien holder was never Good Go We sell cars here we do not finance them We sell the car loan to a finance company That is why we are not the lien holder We service the loan through collections only.I was not there when the truck was sold and paper work was signed But the sales staff that was employed with Good Go has been let go and they do no longer work here. I'm confused... The Lien holder would be good to go.  So where's the vehicle? Also what about allowing someone to forge my name ? the company allowed this to happen.  I would like a resolution to this... Remember it is against the law to allow that kind of shady business !

[redacted]To Whom it May Concern;We would like to respond to the complaint filed by [redacted] on 4/12/15. [redacted] purchased a [redacted] from our establishment on 2/4/15. [redacted] was given a payment...

plan showing when her payments where due. After purchasing the vehicle she made 1 payment of 111.56 and then no more. The car has a GPs tracking unit installed. We located the car in [redacted], where [redacted] says her daughter had the vehicle. She kept promising to return the car or make a payment, which neither ever happened. The insurance on the vehicle was also cancelled. On March 19"we repossessed the vehicle from a hotel on the outskirts of [redacted]. Upon repossession, it was discovered with no license plate on, backed up to bushes so you couldn't see that it had no plate. A dealer tag from Good 2 Go was placed on and drove back to [redacted], at a cost of $750.00. [redacted] called Good 2 Go shortly after the vehicle was repossessed, and demanded that they turn around and bring back her daughters possessions. As per repossession policy, all belongings will be picked up from the car lot, by the purchaser only. She had a repossession letter sent thru the [redacted], certified. She was given 15 days to redeem the vehicle, and 30 to pick up her personal belongings. Upon repossession it was noticed that the driver side door had substantial damage, and required body work. That was done at a cost of $500.00. [redacted] was required by state law and the contract, upon purchase of the car, to carry full coverage insurance, which she did not do.We are in the process of suing [redacted] for the monies owed to Good 2 Go Cars LLC, and will let it up to the court to decide who is wrong. With response to our customer complaint:I remember speaking with her on August 8th as she noted.  I told her I would get repossession of the vehicle as quickly as I can.  I needed to organize a time with the people we contract to pick up vehicles.  We had a key to the vehicle so I was...

able to send someone out withing 48 - 72 hours of her wanting the vehicle returned. The vehicle to my knowledge was returned to our car lot at the above address in the evening on 8/10/2016.  I was not working when the vehicle arrived.  I was told on 8/11/2016 when I came into work, that the lien holder on the vehicle wanted the vehicle removed from our lot and placed in an undisclosed location.  We had no choice but to turn the vehicle over to them.  Respectfully,Tabitha
