This company on multiple occasions was called in to our business to repair the unit in the swimming pool area
After multiple trips and repairs the unit was still not working properlyThe decision was made not to use this company anymore due to the fact that that after all the "work being done" unit did not function as it was supposed toNow the unit is down again due to improper installation of a new part this company have put in
After multiple disputes and arguments my area director spoke to Marlene in the office of Good Air and stated that we are willing to pay 50% of the invoiceMarlene agreed to the terms
The check for $was issued to the company and cashed
The company never expressed that 50% is not acceptable anymore
At this point Good Air started billing my business again for the repairs which were not done properly

Review: We had an air conditioning unit installed on May 3, 2007 with Good AC and Heating. The first time we went to turn it on, it was broken. A technician came out on Memorial Day that year to fix it. Every year since then, our air conditioning has stopped working at least once a year. Every year they have come out to fix our AC unit at no cost, as it was under warranty. This year, our air conditioning unit broke on July 3rd of this year. I called Good AC and Heating on July 5 to request a service call. I told them that they have been out every year to fix our air conditioning. [redacted] told me there is no record of any service for the 5 year time frame after the unit was installed. I do not have any invoices in my files from those 5 years. They did have record of them coming out the past 2 years and I have invoices for those visits. They sent someone out right away to deal with our current problem. Good AC came out on July 5 and flushed out the system and cleaned it out. Our AC worked after that, but never got as cold as we set it to. (We set it for 70, it was at 73) The day after they came to look at our unit, we went on a week long vacation. We came home on Saturday, June 13. We turned on the air conditioning and it worked (but again didn't get as cold as it was set) for about 18 hours. Then it stopped working. I called Good AC yesterday and left a message and did not hear back from them. I did not hear from them. I had to call this morning. We have two young children in the house, one with a history of breathing problems, and an asthmatic husband living here, on top of the heat wave, so it is important we get this fixed. I spoke to someone different this time. She told me there is NO RECORD of them installing our AC unit as well as no record of them coming out for 5 years in a row to fix it. I was told that "If it was under warranty, the girl who worked here before probably didn't put it in the computer." I personally don't understand how they would not record service calls. When I questioned the woman how they can run a company without keeping records, she told me "It is not my fault." She tried to tell me it was a maintenance problem; that we haven't kept up with servicing out unit. I told her that every year they came out, they cleaned the filters and flushed the system. She told me that there is no record of that and "it's obviously your word against ours." I asked how there could possibly be no record of them installing our AC unit and she told me "I don't know. I can't fabricate invoices out of this air that don't exist." I am very frustrated and wish I had been the one to deal with Good AC and Heating in the past. My husband is usually the person to deal with them, so this is the first time I called.Desired Settlement: I would like them to find our records and for them to replace our air conditioning unit.

Issue has been resolved. The unit was not installed under her name and that information was never relayed to us. We have since determined that it was installed under her parents’ names so records of install were located. After 3 prompt service calls all of her problems have been resolved and her air has been working since mid July. She does however have a balance of $220 which to date she still has not paid.
