I purchased a vehicle from this company. I had seen on posted on their website facebook and also craigslist. On each site it was stated that there where absolutely no mechanical issues or anything wrong with the vehicle. Several of the things listed about the vehicle such as remote entry was available for the car I asked where was the Fob for the vehicle the seller said he'd look to see if there was one when it clearly stated it had one it also mentioned a back up camera there wasn't one. But the reason for contacting Revdex.com is because 3 days after driving off the lot with the vehicle it ended up heating up and leaving me and 2 of my children on the side of the road broke down it was very windy and cold that night. My complaint is that if the vehicle was in condition and no mechanical issues or no issues at all as stated on the listing of the vehicle it should not have broke down on me within 3 days. I understand the "AS IS" law but when I bought the vehicle as is as in in good condition and no issues. I ended up having to pay a towing fee to get the vehicle moved from the hwy to my home. And the business 1st said for me to get it fixed then they would reimburse me 100% for the problem then turned around and said only 50% which I see unfair because I shouldn't have had to be getting the vehicle repaired in the 1st place if there was no issues like it was stated.

Refund I have been given an opportunity to choose a vehicle I like on the lot which is a little over my budget but the company wants me to finance the vehicle through a bank. I don't want to do that because the vehicle becomes more than asking price I just want to pay what is being asked which is 7500 and not have to make payments on it for a whole year! I have to put 5500 which the company already had 4300 so that would only leave me with 2000 left to pay on the vehicle.

We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience this situation might have caused our customer Kelsey *** and her family.

Our customer had the vehicle for over 4 days, but the water pump went out causing the vehicle to overheat, which lead to a broken head gasket, causing the vehicle to be stationary.

As our business entails, used vehicles are very unpredictable and of the 100 plus car sales transactions we have made during this month, this was an unfortunate circumstance. Any certified mechanic/technician will agree that it's one of the unforeseen circumstances that can occur in used vehicles because the only way to detect a faulty water pump is for it to stop functioning.

In order to resolve the issue, the customer was given a chance to choose another vehicle of her choice. The vehicle chosen was $3,200 more than the one purchased, which is what caused a little discrepancy.

We are an all-cash dealership, and we sell cars As-in, with no options of financing. But we tried our effort to work a financing option for the customer through a third-party financial institution, and the process was taking a little too long, and would have posed a higher financial burden on the customer.

Consequently, the issue was resolved, and we put the customer into another vehicle similar to the one she had chosen the second time. We also waved $500 dollars off the total amount to accommodate the expense she accrued when the first vehicle broke down.

It is a tremendous deal to us here at Good Auto Company to ensure that our customers get good quality cars, at the best prices that are not only affordable, but also durable and efficient.
