The worst travel agency and agent (OWNER) I have ever delt with. I was told to utilize his agency for a destination wedding. He was unable to arrange for air from Atlanta to destination. All monies were sent to him on time however obtaining an invoice took over two months. I finally received one small flyer from the resort. When I called him (as he requested) with questions, I was told "you ruined my vacation". As a customer, I do not care about his vacation - I cared about my $4000+ vacation. I would strongly recommend utilizing another agency/agent (owner) or book it yourself via the internet.
