dear: owner of establishment Lou?
my name is *** *** and we bought a Chrysler srtblack in color and was assured that this was flawless and everything worked fine, lee promised that he himself drove this car and it was ''without a doubt'' one of the best he had seen or drove I'm dying and as a last grand gesture to me, my wife got this car for me and it was not even the second day when I brought it up to miles per hour that I was horrified and scared to hell when a semi pulled infant of me and I applied the brakes only to have them start pulsing and vibrating and shimmying but not slowing me down needless to say I was extremely mad and furious like never before,or so I thought till I spoke with your salesman and was spoken to with disrespect, no sense of the feeling that he would make it right and then flat out told me that was I going to cry about every little thing wrong with the car cause he was not going to do a thing about it, but I can send

Apparently " Good Car Company" does need to "screw over anyone to make a buck" because that is exactly what they are doingContinuing to lie and steal individuals hard earned money and have no remorse for itNotice how their story is inconsistent and how they completely ignore the fact that they wanted to alter the contract without even having me thereHow they once said I was approved by the bank but then they said they were going to finance the carYes " Good Car Company" you can add attachments and try to make yourself look good all you want that you are a financing companyHowever you fail to mention, you never presented a contract to finance the vehicleOnce again the loan was not approved by the bank and you can attach your " conditional approval" but if you read my attached copy, it clearly states in black and white, I was deniedYou are deceitful when you say I told the bank I was not going to pay and we were facing repoRepo from who? Who was going to repo the car? You? Or the bank who didn't approve the loan? The story doesn't add up, and if it doesn't add up, it is usually not trueAnd to say I am slandering you, no these are facts, the truth, the real events that occurredI don't have to lie and steal money like youI was never "happy" or agreed to only getting 75% of my down payment back and leave with no carWho would be happy when they are cheated $500. I came weeks later after I had received advice and legal aidI had went to them to resolve the issue, and they were informed that they would be contacted by my lawyerThey laughed and chuckled " You will end up spending more money on getting a lawyer" If that's what it takes to get my money back I will, you can't just take advantage of people and get away with it

On April 5th I put $down on a Chevy Impala and in two weeks another 500$ was to be put downUltimately the bank did not approve the loan, and I attempted to return the car the next day after I found out the loan was deniedGood Car Company replied that they were only going to return 50% of my down payment and return only $after only having the car a total of daysWhich he also stated " We don't even have to return that" I disagreed with the amount and asked who would I be making the payments to, he replied with " We are a bank and we could give you the loan if we wanted to" I agreed and stated " That is fine, if you want to be the bank I will be there tomorrow to re-signHe harshly replied " You don't need to be here to resign, I can just cross out the banks name and put our name on it" I stated to him I never signed that contract, and he replied " Yes you did" I disagreed and was not comfortable with him altering the contract after I already signThe next da

We hate getting complaints and work hard to keep a good reputation with our customersDon’t need to screw over anyone to make a buckUnfortunately, with Ms *** she is trying to take advantage of the system and slander usWhen *** and her boyfriend *** purchased the car on April 5th we
were clear as day on the financing and paymentsWe do not release a car until we have an approval from the bankOnce the approval goes through then we release the car and the bank takes over with the purchaseWe don’t force people to buy cars so no pressure to buy and they knew everythingAfter a few days of owning the vehicle they decided they did not want to buy it anymore and told bank that they weren’t going to payWith already having the approval done they were facing an automatic repo if they didn’t payTrying to keep ***, ***, and Bank happy we offer to buy back the contract and they would have to pay for Detail, Miles added, and what it would cost to rent a car for a week since that is basically what they didSo, *** and *** looked up cost and we all agreed $was fairWe wrote a check for $and they cashed it the next day with no problem, but now over a month later they come back screaming and threatening us with lawyers after we all sat here cordially with them and thought we resolved this issueAttach is the copy of the approval from our outside bank we had on them and a copy of our banking license to offer financing as wellWe hate that it had to go this far but we did everything we could to make *** happy and thought she was until a couple days ago

First of all [redacted] wasn’t even the one who bought or picked up the SRT8 300. His wife or gf with some other guy came down and bought the car. The actually buyer is [redacted] who supposedly is married to [redacted]. She got her own financing and came down to pick up car from St David. They...

look over the whole car from front to back and drove the car. No issues besides missing the spare tire which we got for her on the spot. After [redacted] had contacted Lee about the brake issue, Lee was advised to have customer have a reputable mechanic shop look at or bring it back up to us so we can have vehicle inspected to fix issue.  Normally we have all vehicle under warranty fixed at our shops but because they were down in Tucson area we were trying to accommodate them and see if issue could be handled. We have included pic of text message trying to take care of issue. I was out of town with family until Monday  7/10 and then I got back into office called and left [redacted] a message to figure out what was happening after lee told me [redacted] left two unpleasant voicemails. The email he sent over was extremely rude and a flat out lie. I was here for the full delivery of the vehicle and we treated [redacted] with respect and gratitude for her business. She thanked us afterward and said the process was nice and smooth. After receiving such a brutal email disrespecting, myself and Lee, their lucky I’m even considering helping them.  So, if [redacted] wants to bring her car up to our mechanic and alignment shop to have looked at we will cover the cost IF any brake or alignment issues are there because we back our cars up 100%. We will not be sending out any checks and all service must be done with our mechanics.

To Maria In regards to the rebuttal A Good Car Company made it is completely and totally untrue, as far as their original claim stating they made contact with me and trying to resolve the issues is untrue, they did not attempt resolving issues until after contacted by The Revdex.com.  In their response they make a comment about wanting to repair the brakes but no comment was made about any of the other issues raised, in my opinion that alone shows their lack of attention to detail and negligence on behalf of wanting to help with or their concern for customers care and safety from an automobile that they claim is inspected thoroughly by a certified mechanic before ever getting to their sales lot. After my initial contact with The Revdex.com, the general manager and the owner of A Good Car Company tried contacting me multiple times and it clearly states per The Revdex.com that once an initial claim has begun there is to be no contact made nor deals made between both parties without going through The Revdex.com. In my opinion this is more evidence of them trying to get around the way things should properly be done therefore confirming their negligent behavior and care for their customers.  In their response they also speak of my wife [redacted], and try to make it seem as though there is something wrong with one spouse purchasing a gift for another spouse, why is that? What is their purpose for saying something like that especially when it holds no ground, and I refuse to waste time commenting on an issue that has nothing to do with the subject at hand.  A completely new brake system can range from $3,000 to $4,800 to replace the old brake system.  As I stated before the radio/cd player was jammed up immediately after using, a OEM original stereo system which costs $2,800 to $3,000 and that is only two of the eight issues that I have found with the vehicle that was reassured to be in excellent shape and like new.   "It has no problems whatsoever." said by manager named Lee, the general manager as he claims.  This manager obviously has a problem saying the truth and caring for his customers, in the beginning when I brought the issues to his knowledge he refused to help me and refused to allow me to contact the owner to resolve the issues.  I live over 200 miles away and they are now, after raising concern through The Revdex.com, are willing to inspect the brakes only if brought the car to them.  I would like to ask how am I to deliver this car?  I will not drive it due to the fact it is unsafe and has not been driven since days after purchase was made and a tow at minimum will cost $500.  I now am concerned with how these issues can be resolved if I am unable to bring the car, what is the proposed solution for the delivery of the vehicle? From: when you found it's more interesting at the edge !!!   We met...

My husband and I had been looking for a particular "year, make and model" vehicle for several weeks. I was doing most of the leg work and had encountered countless "bait and switch" tactics along with downright rude and smarmy behavior from many sales people working for "big name dealers" throughout the Valley. Not only was it disheartening but it was stressful and unpleasant. Ready to give up, I happened upon Good Car Co. whilst perusing the internet one last time for the vehicle we were interested in.
From our initial conversation with Good Car Company and [redacted] (our sales man) I felt like my husband and I were valued potential customers. [redacted] displayed honesty, integrity and friendliness from the beginning of the process of buying our vehicle to the end. We were treated as if we had been friends or family for years. We also met [redacted] and the rest of the guys too and everyone was simply wonderful. Together, we got the vehicle we wanted with zero stress or hassle! We love our new Chevy Equinox and there is no doubt we will continue to give Good Car Co. our business when purchasing a vehicle. If you don't buy your vehicle from Good Car Co. then you are missing out! They are also family owned and operated and I really like that my money went to a family and not some corporate it that could care less about the people their dealerships serve. Good Car Co. for the win! What a great team of people.

This dealership is top notch. No used car salesman gimmicks here! Both Father and Son are men of their word. Bought a used car from them in October 2012. I have not had one issue with the car a year later! I will be back when I am making my next car selection.

Spoke to [redacted] the salesman who went out of his way to make sure I drove out of his lot with a vech, and very satisfied. The owner came down on his day off to do my paperwork and make sure he found an ins co that was open on 4th of July. When I purchase another vech I will for sure go to Good Cars Co. I have recommended them to a few of my family members. Keep up the good work.
