I have been trying to reach the client to discuss a resolution He has not responded to any emails, phone calls or text messages Unfortunately it is difficult to resolve this if the client does not respond

Bob N[redacted] since the Revdex.com complaint.  I gave Bob N[redacted], Jennifer G[redacted], and Good Creations LLC over 5 months to finish a 6 Page site. When I asked Bob N[redacted] to finish the site on September 15, after being hired in April, he did not finish the site or install the ssl certificate. I asked Bob to install the ssl certificate many times and he did not. How many chances does Bob N[redacted], Jennifer G[redacted] and Good Creations LLC need. Everything Bob did had mistakes and he would never check his work and would take his time fixing it. I kept my word and paid Bob N[redacted] in Full including 1 year hosting and ssl certificate. Bob N[redacted], Jennifer G[redacted] and Good Creations did not keep their word and 5 months later my site is still unfinished.  I gave them a lot of time and chances. Lets ask anyone in the industry.  Please refund me $755.00 via paypal to finish my site somewhere else, get a new ssl certificate, and for hosting.
