This response is being sent to your office in regards to complaint # [redacted] .Good Creations was contacted through grantwatch.com some time ago to complete two (2) tasks for the complaint party and was paid one half ($225.00) to begin work and was promised another half ($extra) upon completionGood Creations did due diligence in contacting the Complaint Party to complete the project, after completing the first half of the project as was agreed to, however it became apparent that materials and information were neither given to Good Creations, nor did they even existMissing parts of the Business Plan were made known to Ms [redacted] n through telephone conversation, as well our agency needing those vital pieces of information in order to complete the business planDespite this, Good Creations finished one of the two tasks they were assigned, which was “Steps Necessary” for the Complaint Party to obtain a 501(c)(3) designation by the IRS and start a successful grant writing strategy, but were unable, due to lack of documentation and materials, to help with a business planThe aforementioned document, “Steps Necessary,” has been received by the Complaint Party as of August, It was one half of the work scope, and it has been completed, and paid for.A “refund” to the Complaint Party, which was never agreed upon by Good Creations, would result in immediate legal action against the Complaint Party and/or Grantwatch.com, due to a considerable amount of work and coordination done by Good Creations for the Complaint Party that would not otherwise be paid forGood Creations, as a third party agency that was contracted to do this work, completed what it was able to do given the materials and information that were made available to us, in spite of being paid late by Ms [redacted] nThis complaint should not be directed at our agency in the first place.Sincerely,Elisabeth L***r
