two if the feedback he gave us after receiving the ring:** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** * *** *** *** *** * *** ** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***However, a few weeks ago, after taking that ring to a local jeweler for a simple jewelry cleaning, according to the local jeweler the diamond is "cracked" and "worth $50".We would like to clarify few things:You ring was certified by ***, which is an independent 3rd party gemological certificate company and not by a local jeweler with an insensitive to make a quick saleThe local jeweler didn't give the customer anything in writing, everything was verbalIf you have any doubts about *** grading system you can contact *** and they will answer all your questionsThis is why we gave you the *** certificate, if you're not satisfied with them you can take your ring to any 3rd party gemological company that certified clarity enhanced diamondsYour diamond was a clarity enhanced diamondIf clarity enhanced diamonds come directly with an extremely high temperature the process might fade-outThe high temperature can come from a jeweler’s torch, acid, or when re-cutting the diamond. We do not carry or sell diamonds with cracksAny diamond with a 2-millimeter size feather will look like a huge crack under Xmagnification microscopeThese microscopes are used mainly to examine VVSdiamond clarity or betterLocal jewelry stores DO NOT make money from jewelry cleaningThis local jeweler did everything in his power to gain you as a customer and make a sale (and it's very understandable since his running a business) but making us look bad for no reason is unethical. We are guessing that the local jeweler did not notice the diamond was clarity enhanced or does not know how to clean clarity enhanced diamonds, and used acid to clean your diamondAfter the enhancement faded out from the diamond, the inclusion become suddenly more visible, the jeweler probably want to protect his business from the embracement and started to frighten the customer by saying things like "*** ** ***”, “*** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***".We would like to have a proof in writing from an independent gemologist that this diamond is worth $If the customer can show us this proof we will give him a full refund of $1,400.We would love to keep you as a customer and clear our name from these allegationsThis is why we would like to examine the diamond, if the enhancement did fade out from the diamond you need to know that we offer a lifetime warranty on the enhancement, and we will re-enhanced the diamond for you at no cost and with no questions asked, it doesn't matter who's faults is it or what have happened to the diamond.We understand that you lost your trust in our brand, so we would like to gain it back and the best why for us to show you that you got a great product for a great price we would like you to go to a different local jeweler and tell him that you're looking to purchase an identical diamond like the one you have, and ask him how much will it cost youWe bet any jeweler you will go will be more expensive from what you paid us
