Called the service department again today to be told the entire panel is not ready but the serviceman who is in this area today has a spare piece of glass on him which he will deliver to us and we can swap out the glass as soon as the customers schedule allows He may call us for an appointment to do the work sometime next weekI hope this solves a problem which has been out of our controlThank you,Lucia D [redacted] Built-Rite Windows

First and foremost I would like to thank the Revdex.com for the opportunity to respond to this complaint In my line of work we are always seen as the bad person when you dont always get the outcome the client wants immediately I would like to let the Bureau know as well as my client that this case is still a pending matter in my office and has not just been ignored My client has been informed of every single step of this process First as agreed and hired for, I filed a designation of attorney, entered a plea of not guilty and requested a pre-trial with a County Attorney because it was filed in a Justice of The Peace Court I inform the Bureau and my client that I attended pre-trial settings and received discovery as well as multiple recommendations which were contrary to what my client was asking for The primary reason the prosecutor was giving us a hard time is because my client had an offense like this in the past Thus I informed my client what the offer was and my intent to appeal this to a hire level of court to attempt to get a better recommendation that would not affect his record or his insurance(cause an accident was involved) In the process of filing the appeal we had to send a change of Plea which my office did timely What my client is not informing the Bureau of and which we have told him on multiple occasions is that the JP Court did not properly process the appeal and just accepted the change of Plea I have now scheduled a hearing with the Judge to deal with this issue I have also contacted the firm which is attempting to collect from my client for a matter that was not processed correctly by the Court In closing I am actively pursuing this matter for my client He and I have spoken since the filing of this complaint and he understands my intent to pursue this to the end I will also be happy to refund my client his retainer fees if at the end he is not satisfied with the outcome My entire practice has been built on two principles, putting God first in all that I do and helping the peopleIf at anytime a client is not pleased then I am not pleased because I stand firm on doing as Jesus would do

my client that this case is still a pending matter in my office and has not just been ignored.  My client has been informed of every single step of this process.   First as agreed and hired for, I filed a designation of attorney, entered a plea of not guilty and requested a pre-trial with a County Attorney because it was filed in a Justice of The Peace Court.  I inform the Bureau and my client that I attended 3 pre-trial settings and received discovery as well as multiple recommendations which were contrary to what my client was asking for.  The primary reason the prosecutor was giving us a hard time is because my client had an offense like this in the past.  Thus I informed my client what the offer was and my intent to appeal this to a hire level of court to attempt to get a better recommendation that would not affect his record or his insurance(cause an accident was involved).  In the process of filing the appeal we had to send a change of Plea which my office did timely.  What my client is not informing the Bureau of and which we have told him on multiple occasions is that the JP Court did not properly process the appeal and just accepted the change of Plea.  I have now scheduled a hearing with the Judge to deal with this issue.  I have also contacted the firm which is attempting to collect from my client for a matter that was not processed correctly by the Court.  In closing I am actively pursuing this matter for my client.  He and I have spoken since the filing of this complaint and he understands my intent to pursue this to the end.  I will also be happy to refund my client his retainer fees if at the end he is not satisfied with the outcome.  My entire practice has been built on two principles, putting God first in all that I do and helping the people. If at anytime a client is not pleased then I am not pleased because I stand firm on doing as Jesus would do.
