Resolution: We have investigated this customer’s concern and have provided a full refund of $on credit memo # ***. A copy of the credit memo was emailed to Mr*** on 3/18/16. I have also left a
voice mail message regarding this issue. The instructor of this course, ***, *** was notified of the incorrect answer from our Technical Team on 3/13/via email.

I ordered furniture out of there catalog, paid upfront, and still no furnitureIts been months and they wont refund meThey keep telling me my furniture is on its way FOR FOUR MONTHS! *** *** and *** *** are some fake individuals robbing customers of there money!

I just moved to the area, and stopped in Good Deal Furniture yesterday morning -- found a very clean, organized store. Chaplain Bill and his staff were helpful, and accommodating. I found furniture in great condition, and actually purchased a sofa, chair w/ottoman, oak coffee table w/two end tables (glass topped), a three-piece oak front wall unit, two upholstered side chairs, another wood end table, and a beautiful wood buffet.

These pieces were all good quality furniture, in excellent condition. I am not easily pleased !! Chaplain Bill negotiated a great package pricing, and I was happy with the purchase prices. He promised free delivery today, Friday by 10 am. I got a call at 10:05 a.m., to let me know they were running late, but would be at house within an hour, and they did. Three polite gentlemen unloaded all my purchases, put them where I requested, and were on their way within 30 minutes.

I was impressed with the ministry done by Chaplain BIll for these gentlemen, and would recommend this furniture store without a second thought. This is good used furniture, and an answer to a prayer for someone on a limited furniture budget. My home looks great -- Thanks Chaplain Bill!

These people claim to be a ministry. However, they give ministry a very bad name!! They delivered our furniture five days later than promised. The glass in the cabinet door was broken, and had I not noticed before they left, no one would have told me. They took our bookcases and TV stand on consignment. It has been almost three months. They have sold our items and they have never paid us the promised 50%. We have called them repeatedly.....but, they refuse to respond. I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! Ironically, had they behaved differently, I would have donated our used items!!
