Regarding the complaint# [redacted] * Firs I would like to say we stand behind our work.We work very hard every day to maintaint our reputation On April this year customer contacted us and let us know about the issue with the shingle roof.the next day we fix it.Now in July she called us again with the same issue with the shingle roof and after two days we fix it.We know is not a happy situation for the customer or us but we answer the phone and we fix it About the "plastic strip" or the asphalt shingle cellophane strip removal.Asphalt roof shingle manufacture recommend that installer leave that piece of cellophane in place.It does not need to be removed before,during or after roof shingle installation.The cellophane tape on the back side of asphalt shingle is intended to prevent the glue strips from becoming activated prematurely in storage or shipping and equally important to keep the glue area clean during the roof installation process The customer may have some legitimate complaints and we are willing to meet with them and plan a solution Thank you for bringing this to our attention.Our goal is amicable solution for both parties Bogdan L***-owner 07/19/

If your looking good contractor, I would recommend GOOD DEAL REMODELING, they were reasonably priced, professional and very knowledgable in plumbing, electrical and general construction In addition, they covered everything, cleaned up each day and finished my kitchen on time My wife made several changes during the renovations and they were patient, polite and they got it done

From the moment I called Good Deal Remodeling to get an estimate on our kitchen to the moment they were done the job, everything was beyond my expectations! I cannot say enough about them. Not only were they incredibly responsive and available at what seemed to be 24/7 days week, the price was right! We had our entire kitchen fully remodeled and it took them 5 days. Yes, 5 days! I still can't believe it. Their craftmanship was impeccable and everyone was kind and hard working. They organized the appliance and granite delivery incredibly well, everything was left clean after each work day and they were exceptionally reliable. We are so pleased with our new kitchen and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We can't wait to get more work done by them in the future. I am SO happy that I stumbled upon their brochure and gave them a call when I did.

Nick ,Bogan his team worked to completely remodel the kitchen in the house We got estimates from several contractors, and Good Deal gave us the most creative ideas and also the best price. Many contractors were very negative about what we wanted to do (within our budget). Nick was positive and confident that he could give us the kitchen of our dreams within our price range. He is the MOST responsive contractor that I have ever used. I would email him and he would respond to my email most of the time within an hour, he even answered my emails when he was on vacation. He always answered my phone calls and addressed any problems that I had. This was very important to me to be able to reach him at any time. We had issues with our township approval, and although this was a HUGE frustration and delayed our project about 1 month, Nick handled these issues professionally and as quickly as he could. All of the vendors that he recommended (tile, countertops) were excellent as well. The guys that performed the work were very hardworking and respectful of our home and our family. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Good Deal and Good Job, Thanks Guys

I am rejecting this response because:The business never contacted me to notify me when and if they came out to repair the shingles. Secondly, their was a family member in the house during the time they claim they came out to fix the shingles and my family member states that no one was ever on the roof or knocked on the door.  Thirdly, the company left no kind of notification of their visit to my home by telephone or even note.  Also the permit violation was never addressed.  The company is responsible for obtaining a permit for the work done on my roof.   I can not trust that they are telling the truth.

My bathroom is beautiful...I love it! They did an excellent job and finished when they said they would.

Good deal did a very good job to my band from very professional if you stay Seiter be at at 7 o'clock you can count on the fan up at 7 o'clock great job great price left my house exactly the way they found a great job

Good Deal Remodeling completed our bathroom remodel. Their work was excellent. The workmen were professional, efficient, timely, courteous and respectful of our home. The price for the renovation was very reasonable and the material used to complete the project was superior. The work was finished before the time originally indicated by the owners. The owners were very accommodating to our requests and some modifications we made as the project was being completed.

Good Deal Remodeling did an excellent job on building a powder room we needed put in on the first floor for my mother-in-law. They got it done in three days. The walls, fixtures and floor tiles are beautiful and beautifully installed. The workers never stopped working from morning till night. They cleaned up everyday and made sure that we were happy with everything along the way. We had to make a change with the toilet and by the next day the new toilet was here and installed. We love having the powder room downstairs. Will definitely be using them again for future remodels.
