the trainer for the ***, Maryland location came to our home for dog training and took an item that my mother purchased.
In December, the trainer for the ***, Maryland location came to our home for dog training and took an item that my mother purchased. When asked why she did that she said that she did not mean to and left the item on our doorstep but it was half full. My mother has not received a reason for this nor a follow up on when the third training session for the dog will occur. We request a full refund of services. Never heard from the company. The service purchased and supplied was personal coaching to help train a dog at the customer's residence. The service was provided on several visits in person as well as several follow up phone calls & videos. The service guarantee is still in place. The contract Explicitly states in several places that it is the customer's responsibility to request follow up appointments as needed. See attached documentation. This was also verbally explained. Nevertheless, I proactively to offered more training sessions over the phone and in the text message captured in the screenshot provided. Customer hung up on me twice during my request to offer more help. No reply text was received. No requests for further service have been made by customer. The customers complaint is based on 1/2 cup of dog kibble/food being missing food dispensing toy. Customer alleges that I accidentally took a food toy and replaced it with a brand new one that did not contain their dogs 1/2 cup of food. I did not know what kind of food may have been in the toy or what kind of dog food their dog may or may not be allergic to or that they expected the replacement toy to contain food. The contract was for training service which has been provided. Follow up training service is still available. In addition customer received $300 off for training of 2nd dog and free replacement of bitter apple training spray which they accused me of taking when they could not find their bottle.

I'm a United States Veteran, served in the military and currently I'm helping my mother who is disabled and was only looking for trained companionship when I'm away. This woman saw an elderly woman and decided to take advantage of her by taking an item that she had already purchased. While my mother is older, she is still sharp and pointed out the act to me. After I filed grievance with first her, she then send a text message with a dollar sign and says I will drop off the container. She does not knock on the door nor ring the door bell when she arrives, she simply leaves a smaller amount of what my mother purchased on the door step. I then follow up with reporting her to *** headquarters ( who did not respond to my emails requesting when this will be resolved) she then calls me, talks to me like I'm a child (common tactic by xenophobic people) comparing herself to a doctor. I simply told her that I do not trust her and that I have to go. She then text me saying that we must have got disconnected. Listen playing games and stealing from elderly, disabled woman is disgusting and we would like our money back. Also, this information should be disseminated out to everyone so that they know the practices of this woman and her company.
