Good Dogs School Of Obedience

My son asked [redacted] to come to the house to evaluate his dog. He recently adopted the dog from the Sterling Animal Shelter. She spent one hour with them and asked for $200.00 in order to continue evaluations. He gave her the money but after the second visit decided the dog had calmed down in his new environment and did not need further evaluation. He explained this to Ms. [redacted] and she was reluctant to give him a refund. He only wanted $150.00 refund. I spoke to her on the phone and she adamantly claims she actually did something to improve the dogs behavior. She only intended to maybe refund $25.00. That seems like a pretty good salary for only 2 visits. That would be $88.00 a visit. Ms. [redacted] did not give him a receipt nor did she produce a contract to be signed.Desired SettlementMy son is looking for $150.00 reimbursement as this was a cancellation.Business Response Final Consumer Response Hi Ms. Price,[redacted] called [redacted] and spoke to her last week. The reason she wanted to talk to him before sending a refund was to scold him. Apparently, she prefers to scold both Steve and[redacted] together.
