We have requested the title from the State. The title is not restored salvage. We will be contacting Ms. Andrade to pick up her title when it arrives and also submit a copy once we receive it.

We have reviewed our records and would like to submit the following response: Ms. [redacted] defaulted on her contracted opened 5/23/16.  Several attempts were made to contact Ms. [redacted] and collect her delinquent payments.  Ms. [redacted] at times would make arrangements to pay...

on her account, however failed to do so agreed.   Due to non payment, repossession process/order was placed on Ms. [redacted] account.  Below is Ms. [redacted]' payment history: Payment Due date:                   Amount:                            6/18/16     ... $191.237/2/16                                 ... $191.237/16/16                                 ... $191.237/30/16                                 ... $191.238/13/16                                 ... $191.238/27/16                                 ... $191.239/10/16                                 ... $1,338.61 Payments received: 7/13/16                                    ... $200.00 Ms. [redacted] was delinquent $1138.61 and we repossessed our collateral on 9/13/16.  We are willing to work with Ms. [redacted] to reinstate her account and redeem the unit back upon her ability to bring the account to a current status and payment of any fees surrounding the repossession.     Thank you, Chris M[redacted]Director Loan ServicingAuto Action GroupTio Rico Te Ayuda (ANFS Inc)Direct: ###-###-####Fax: ###-###-####

I have received the refund check and will consider my original complaint resolved. However, I would like it to be known by AutoNow that after calling in for payoff on 8/29, I called in two more times for updated payoff information.I was misquoted on one of those calls by nearly $600, then, it was admitted that the GPS fee was never added. I feel that AutoNow should coach their employees on this matter.

3/5/16 - called [redacted] and told him horn is still not working. He stated "They have to order a new one and will let me know when it is avail to bring in" 8/31/16 - Brought my car in for svc [redacted] was not there. I then wrote [redacted] a 6 page ltr asking why I was never called when the horn was rcvd to come in & have it replaced. 12/27/16 - I never disagreed to the ins what was not explained to me was that the ins I was paying for WAS NOT ins that is held up to AZ guidelines. If I had any issues with it or seen any diff I would have discontinued my ins with them a long time before & got my own that will require me not to have gotten my registration suspended. 2/24/17 - Cust did not understand why the car was sold in the condition it was. On the ppwk it clearly states in their contract that this car was not in ANY prior accidents or have any ins claims against it. The pprwk was put as None and the other contract they made me come in to sign it shows N/A 2/27/17 - Customer went down to the off after being ignored & only being transferred back & forth to the pymt ctr. I spoke with Glen. He verbally told me that it is nothing he can do for me & try to point me in the direction of their ins dept & their mvd dept & when asked if he knew that they sold a car in the condition the title states it is in and/or from my calls and he states "WE DO NOT LOOK AT THE TITLES WHEN PURCHASING OR SELLING THE VEHICLES" I stated that is all I wanted him to admit to. Still have not received any phone calls from this company to see why I do not have my emissions and/or tags as of today. 2/28 - I did cancel my recurring payments after pulling my credit report. They are not reprtng any of my pmts to the credit bureau. Also I found that they have this particular car loan listed as of a repo on my credit 5 TIMES and then an open car loan in good standing. If I never pulled the report I would not have known about the repo they have listed under my acct with the car I am currently driving.

We have contacted Mr[redacted] and asked him to come into our office in order to resolve this. He and his son have signed the necessary documents in order to remove his son from the title. Both parties are satisfied with the agreement.  Please let me know if you have any further...

questions.  Chris M[redacted]Auto Now Financial Services [redacted]

After review of this file we find the facts as stated below.   02-25-2016 Mr. [redacted] purchased unit   03-14-2016 Mr. [redacted] entered our Service Department with a check engine light and pulsating brakes. We replaced and good willed brake pads, rotors, and 8 spark plugs, due to short...

time owning the vehicle and had only put 988 miles on unit up to this point. Service ticket attached.   This is the only service record we have of the customer coming into get service work done.   03-02-2017 Mr. [redacted] called Customer Service and stated his vehicle was having mechanical issues and he was stranded in Las Vegas. He was informed at that time by a Customer  Service Representative that he is responsible for the vehicle as he had owned vehicle for over 1 year (warranty had expired) and he had exceeded mileage coverage period. We advised him we may be able to help him with repairs but he must get the vehicle back to our Service Dept in Phoenix.   03-07-2017 Mr. [redacted] told Customer Service to go get the vehicle as he will not be paying for it.   06-01-2017 Repossession processed as per as per retail installment contract signed by Mr. [redacted] at the time of sale. Vehicle was sold to repair shop in Las Vegas due to substantial storage fees. Proceeds from the sale were applied to the customer's account.    01-13-2018 We checked collection notes for the account and no mention of mechanical issues to any Customer Service Representative at any time other than when he informed us that he was stranded in Las Vegas.    From the facts listed above we see no wrong doing by Auto Now Financial Services. If the customer has any other supporting documentation, we would be glad to take another look at this complaint. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this issue. Tell us why here...

We have reached out to Ms. [redacted] and have scheduled a tentative meeting at our office in order to reach a resolution in this matter.

I do not accept because we where still not over the mileage which was 15,000 miles and we where still in the one year warranty range and it says that they could tow the vehicle for $85.00 which was in contract as well which they did not offer or gauratee which was in the contract and how can this business still sale this vehicle and then put it on my credit report not only mines but my wife's as well that's $20,000 dollars which is more than the vehicle was sold for. How is that possible? And like I said the car broke down so how can they even place it on our credit when we advise the business to come get the vehicle and it would just be a repossession

I don't understand why they think it's okay to sell a vehicle with 3 prior accidents without telling...

the purchaser..... The reason this wasn't disclosed is there would have not been a sale. No one in their right mind would have paid over 12,000.00 for a vehicle that had been in one accident let alone 3 with admitted frame damage from the auction place they purchased it from. This is not a claim on a whim I do have documents submitted to me via the insurance company on the birth of the vehicle, to all 3 prior accidents, to the auction disclosing the frame damage before purchase, to the sale of that vehicle.
