We have not had a *** in place since last year. All the schools know this because we have met with them personally and if she was told there was a *** online it would have been last year that she was first told about us. I explain when we get phone calls that the appointment

So if we file charges in the amount of $for each test they would pay that out of pocket. Most companies provide a Health Savings Card that they may put money on for these expenses. I have been doing this for over years and it is complicated to understand, however I go over this with every patient. I have worked in the medical field since and I have dealt with many people and this is why we collect money up front because we have had so many people that never come back and pay what they owe. The first apt here requires our computer test and a evaluation by our psychologist. The next visit is with Dr*** and then he will see them back in one month. This is how we do each patient. Each visit there is a charge. Nothing is free and I do hate to say this but in this day and time if anyone thinks that a follow up apt is included and free they are living in another world. They did sign our financial policy as well stating they are responsible. We will adjust off what is owed and I have spoken with Dr*** about this and we do not want patients that do not wish to pay for services. We all work very hard here to provide the best quality of care for each and every person that walks through our doors. We have a lot of very complicated patients that need our time and do not have a problem paying for services they have received. They are very thankful for what we do here and the differences we have made in their child's lives. We go by, "Fast Braiin - turning ADHD upside down" and "It is a unique ability not a disability" We take pride in our practice and I am sorry that the *** had such a bad experience here with us.
