[redacted] To Whom it May Concern;We would like to respond to the complaint filed by [redacted] on 4/12/ [redacted] purchased a [redacted] from our establishment on 2/4/ [redacted] was given a payment plan showing when her payments where dueAfter purchasing the vehicle she made payment of and then no moreThe car has a GPs tracking unit installedWe located the car in [redacted] , where [redacted] says her daughter had the vehicleShe kept promising to return the car or make a payment, which neither ever happenedThe insurance on the vehicle was also cancelledOn March 19"we repossessed the vehicle from a hotel on the outskirts of [redacted] , [redacted] Upon repossession, it was discovered with no license plate on, backed up to bushes so you couldn't see that it had no plateA dealer tag from Good Go was placed on and drove back to [redacted] , at a cost of $ [redacted] called Good Go shortly after the vehicle was repossessed, and demanded that they turn around and bring back her daughters possessionsAs per repossession policy, all belongings will be picked up from the car lot, by the purchaser onlyShe had a repossession letter sent thru the [redacted] ***, certifiedShe was given days to redeem the vehicle, and to pick up her personal belongingsUpon repossession it was noticed that the driver side door had substantial damage, and required body workThat was done at a cost of $ [redacted] was required by state law and the contract, upon purchase of the car, to carry full coverage insurance, which she did not do.We are in the process of suing [redacted] for the monies owed to Good Go Cars LLC, and will let it up to the court to decide who is wrongWe appreciate your time in this matter.Sincerely; Dee G***, Owner
