I Riley B***, owner of Good Guy Lawn Care was informed of the brick damage we caused to the houseWithin a couple of days I made contact with the brick layer who said he would put it on his list as soon as the weather warmed up*** contacted me in May, letting me know the brick was not repairedI immediately made contact with the brick layer to find out why he had not repaired the brickI was told by the contractor that he was having trouble matching the brickHe was going to be taking samples of brick to the home of where [redacted] lived to find a match to try and have the brick finished by memorial weekendI left it at thatI than heard from [redacted] again a few weeks into June to be informed that the job was still not doneI was shocked to hear that it was not doneI than called the contractor to get info of why it was not doneI did not hear from the contractorI sent him text messages trying to figure out what was going onI did not hear from him again until AugustWhen I didn't hear anything back I began calling other brick layers in eastern Idaho to see if some one could fix the brickNo one would call me back to let me knowI was than contacted by one of the ladies son's in late June early July asking why the brick had not been fixedI told him that I could not find anyone to fix the brickAnd that if they could have better luck than what I had that I would be more than willing to pay the brick layer to fix the brickI was contacted by [redacted] in July giving me the number to Travis who does the brick laying for Rockwell homesWhich the house was built by RockwellI left Travis two messages and called about times and never heard from himI than began to try and get in contact with Rockwell to at least try and find out the brick and was told they would get back to me when they had more informationThat time never cameI was finally contacted by my first contractor apologizing for not getting to the brick soonerAnd I was informed that he could not find a good match for the brickWe than went to ***'s home to ask if we could take a piece of brick to find a matchLow in behold they no longer make that brickBut we were able to get a good match and Began replacing the brick on the 23rd of AugustThe brick was finished by the 25thI was never informed from [redacted] nor my employees about their mailbox being hit and damaged at anytime through the many phone conversations that [redacted] and I hadOnly to hear about it through the Revdex.comI wish they would have let me know this was going onInstead of hearing about it months laterI than asked the contractor to fix the mailbox after learning about itI truly am sorry that this problem was not fixed when I first thought it was going to be fixedI am sorry for the actions of which my employees had acted and not informing me of what had happenedI take full responsibility and apologize once again for not getting this job done sooner
