Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The owner of the business was well aware of the damage since the workers came to our neighbor's ( [redacted] ) door (whom they were working for) and told her of the damage they had caused. We first got in touch with Mr. R [redacted] January 3rd, 2017 concerning this and he stated he would have to wait until spring to fix it. We understood this, but when we heard nothing back from him, called again May 9th, June 19th, July 18, 24 and August 4th and 7th. He answered us about 3 times then let it go to voice mail and didn't call back. We were unaware that the business had changed hands to another family member. We did not know who had knocked our mail box out of the cement until our neighbor across the street told us it was the same group that did ***'s snow removal. Since the brick problem was much more serious we did not bring the mail box up at this time because we wanted to talk with them in person. As for having trouble finding a person to do the work, I found a person to do the brick work with the first call I made. He specializes in brick work and is coming to give a bid tomorrow, August 22. Eleven bricks in all have been broken and will be hard to match up. We think the whole piece of brick in the front will need to be replaced. If Mr. R [redacted] can find someone who specializes in brick laying and is cheaper, we will be glad to go with that person. We are not trying to make trouble for Mr. R [redacted] - we just want it fixed back the way it was. He would feel the same if it was the front of his home. We don't feel his group has made any effort to fix this problem but I would be happy if he would prove us wrong. Sincerely, [redacted] & [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  The owner of the business was well aware of the damage since the workers came to our neighbor's ([redacted]) door (whom they were working for) and told her of the damage they had caused.  We first got in touch with Mr. R[redacted] January 3rd, 2017 concerning this and he stated he would have to wait until spring to fix it.  We understood this, but when we heard nothing back from him, called again May 9th, June 19th, July 18, 24 and August 4th and 7th.  He answered us about 3 times then let it go to voice mail and didn't call back. We were unaware that the business had changed hands to another family member. We did not know who had knocked our mail box out of the cement until our neighbor across the street told us it was the same group that did [redacted]'s snow removal. If Mr. R[redacted] can find someone who specializes in brick laying and is cheaper, we will be glad to go with that person. I Riley B[redacted], owner of Good Guy Lawn Care was informed of the brick damage we caused to the house. Within a couple of days I made contact with the brick layer who said he would put it on his list as soon as the weather warmed up. [redacted] contacted me in May, letting me know the brick was not repaired. I immediately made contact with the brick layer to find out why he had not repaired the brick. I was told by the contractor that he was having trouble matching the brick. He was going to be taking samples of brick to the home of where [redacted] lived to find a match to try and have the brick finished by memorial weekend. I left it at that. I than heard from [redacted] again a few weeks into June to be informed that the job was still not done. I was shocked to hear that it was not done. I than called the contractor to get info of why it was not done. I did not hear from the contractor. I sent him text messages trying to figure out what was going on. I did not hear from him again until August. When I didn't hear anything back I began calling other brick layers in eastern Idaho to see if some one could fix the brick. No one would call me back to let me know. I was than contacted by one of the ladies son's in late June early July asking why the brick had not been fixed. I told him that I could not find anyone to fix the brick. And that if they could have better luck than what I had that I would be more than willing to pay the brick layer to fix the brick. I was contacted by [redacted] in July giving me the number to Travis who does the brick laying for Rockwell homes. Which the house was built by Rockwell. I left Travis two messages and called about 5 times and never heard from him. I than began to try and get in contact with Rockwell to at least try and find out the brick and was told they would get back to me when they had more information. That time never came. I was finally contacted by my first contractor apologizing for not getting to the brick sooner. And I was informed that he could not find a good match for the brick. We than went to [redacted]'s home to ask if we could take a piece of brick to find a match. Low in behold they no longer make that brick. But we were able to get a good match and Began replacing the brick on the 23rd of August. The brick was finished by the 25th. I was never informed from [redacted] nor my employees about their mailbox being hit and damaged at anytime through the many phone conversations that [redacted] and I had. Only to hear about it through the Revdex.com. I wish they would have let me know this was going on. Instead of hearing about it 8 months later. I than asked the contractor to fix the mailbox after learning about it. I truly am sorry that this problem was not fixed when I first thought it was going to be fixed. I am sorry for the actions of which my employees had acted and not informing me of what had happened. I take full responsibility and apologize once again for not getting this job done sooner.

This is the first time I am receiving this. I am still trying to find some one to replace this brick. No one will call me. And I was completely unaware of the mail box being hit. This person has never talked to me about thisThe address is [redacted]. Kent b[redacted] is no longer the...
