Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I spoke with the mechanic that is employed there and was informed the Fwas in perfect mechanical shape with no engine problems, transmission issues or other faults except for the ABS light and no radio/power windowsI received a verbal claim that the dealership would repair the non functioning windows and correct the ABS light that is on by replacing the hub pieceI am currently still waiting for Good Guys Auto to repair these issuesI did take the truck to have it inspected by Advance AutomotiveThey found many issues that were not divulged to me prior to buying the FGood Guys Auto told me there was some residual oil underneath the engine due to some recent repairs of the EGRAdvance Automotive informed me that this was not the caseThe truck was leaking from the timing cover, intake manifold, turbo valve and power steering pumpAll costly repairsThe head mechanic also informed me of a stripped oil line bolt hole and said there were many missing bolts on various parts of the engineHe also said the intake itself was not even properly tightened and that there was a plug in the front right tire on the shoulder leaking airThe mechanic stated it is a huge safety violation to place a plug in the tire when the punture is in the shoulder of the tireThe stimated cost of all these repairs are roughly 2,dollarsI do not have the final cost because they are still finding issues with the vehicleI do not trust Good Guys Auto to complete the work as they have already lied and mis informed me of the engine faultsI purchased the truck as is but in no way shape or form would have gone through with the deal had I known about these mechanical issuesI would like for Good Guys to help cover the cost of the repairs since they stated the truck was in perfect running orderI believe they have a conflict in interest having their personal mechanic tell me the truck was fine which influenced my decision to make the dealI would also like Good Guys Auto to hold up their claim to repair the power windows, radio, and windshield wipers and replace the front right hub and leaking tireIf Good Guys pay for the repairsI will attach the inspectiin paper to this replyFeel free to contact Advance Auto and inquire about all the mechanical issues Regards, [redacted] ***
we did have the tahoe but he wanted or needed 4xand ours was not, Our goal and mission has been and will be customer satisfaction, so I would like to offer $dollar for gas , I have given notice to both employess that make sure that we have the vehicale that customer is asking about otherwise take their name and phone number and when we get it we will call the customer backIf they do this once again, they will be terminated immiadatlywe are deeply and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused him and his wife [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] came to our dealership 4/17/and spending tohours between test driving different truck and calling his wife for her approval NO RUSH!!!He finally decided to purchasing F-AFTER CONSULTING WITH HIS WIFEWe went through every single form including contract cancelling option in which he declined to purchase since he loves the truckHe went home same day and bring us the title and a few parts that he took off from his trade in, when he brought title and parts, He is still very excited about his new truckHe came next day stating that his wife dose not like the truck, We told him we can not unwind the deal but as courtesy we maybe able to switch the truck to another one that they both like condition to Bank approvalOur goal has been and will be to make our customer happyI thank you Revdex.com to bring this matter to our attention [redacted] ***
