They told us they don't do smoke testing so we took it and had it diagnosed somewhere else...we went back there for them to fix the problem and they charged us almost dollars to fix the problem the truck ran fine until months ago when I noticed it was ticking and the check engine light came back on for same problem...I only ask them to fix it again for the same problem....and that's what the codes are saying gross evap leak

OkThis woman diagnosed her own vehicle told us that was what she wanted the charcoal canister replacedI can provide a signed work order proving that she was aware that she diagnosed the problem on her own vehicleAlso the man that brought the vehicle in was arrested in our front lobby we stored the vehicle for nearly weeks with no storage feeWe did not diagnose this vehicle so we can't be responsible

stored the vehicle for nearly 4 weeks with no storage fee. We did not diagnose this vehicle so we can't be responsible.
