came out to my car the next day I noticed it was still leaking from the same place and now it was worseSo I called the garage they told me to bring it back in and they would make it rightI took it back in and they said it was a hose and the radiator cap and they would fix it and take case of thatSo I picked the car up that evening and drove it homeThe next day I ran a few places and by the time I got home it was smokingAfter it cooled down we put the hood up and noticed that the hose they were suppose to replace was not connectedThe antifreeze was totally empty because of itThis could have ruined by car The total was $I paid cash in fullInvoice No***.Tell us why here...Good Guys Garage did repair the thermostat housing and new battery for Good Guys Garage also discounted the original invoice over dollars to accommodate the customer concerns. [redacted] feaster brought his trailblazer in for a fuel leak and it was determined to be the fuel tank leaking. we removed and installed another fuel tank and used his existing fuel pump that was in his leaking tank as there was nothing wrongwith his existing fuel pump. we did not put in a new fuel...
pump nor has he purchased a fuel pump from good guys garage. he was charged $635.98 for the fuel tank, labor and tax. we do not have any records of ever doing ball joints on his vehicle. I do how ever have a recommendation on may 21st, 2014 for ball joints and a drivers side inner tie rod and the customer denied the service at that time.
I am rejecting this response because:You did not reattach the hose you replaced. How do I know the thermostat housing was what was leaking because the leak was still there when I brought it the second time. I feel you fixed something that may not have needed fixed. When I brought it back to you and the leak was in the exact spot it was before I brought it to you. And again you did not attach the hose which could have caused alot of damage. Regards,
