As with every other customer we have, *** was offered the opportunity to check everything out and give it a thumor down He pointed a few spots out that we correctedAfter that, I asked him if everything was good for him and he confirmed that it was and asked to go ahead with payment
He signed the box on the invoice that claimed he was satisfied with all the work performed that dayI will attach this invoice.As for lingering odors, that's to be expected *** neglectfully left his dog in his car in the sun, killed it, and then left it in long enough for the body to begin rotting, which is what caused the terrible odorsWe charged him extra simply because the job took times the amount of man hours (man hours of work total) to get it back into a livable condition *** received a VERY fair price for the work performedI even called him during the job to let him know there may be extra costs incurred due to the fact that it would take so much longer than normalThere are only so many spots of the interior that a person can reach without removing seats/carpeting/panelingAnd to expect to remove the full blast odor of a rotting carcass in that manner is just not feasibleThis was by far, the WORST interior detail I will ever doUsed a bacterial enzyme or times and an ozone sterilization machine twice to try and fix itSome jobs just cant be restored to 100%.And to be perfectly honest, I've been considering calling the police to report *** for his neglectful actionsIt was obvious to me that his dog didn't just "pass away" in his carThere was so much pet hair everywhere in the car and slobber and vomit in every seat and window, that it was obvious the dog began freaking out and ravaged the inside of the car while trying to find a way to escape I'm pretty sure this counts as an act of animal abuse, which is illegal
