On February 1, 2020, I bought a new, 34.9 ft, 2020 travel trailer from Good Guys RV. Paid in full with CashiersCheck. I’ve had it for about 4 months, and have had several quality issues with the trailer. ***, the owner has been aware of these issues and has fixed one (the shower leaking water to the kitchen). I fixed a leak over the bedroom door that was leaking rainwater into the bedroom. There are about 4 or 5 other issues that need to be fixed. Since the trailer has a three year warranty , *** said he will contact the manufacturer for these additional repairs. I have not heard from the manufacturer , and *** said “I should get an Attorney”. I have not been able to take my trailer out camping anywhere due to the Corona pandemic. It has been in my driveway since I bought it. I realize the manufacturer was closed for a while, and that they are now reopened for business. I do not wish to deal with him any further. I am retired and disabled ( heart issues) and this is causing me a lot of stress. I need my trailer fixed, or my money refunded

The customer's complaint against Good Guys RV is misdirected. The customer is correct in stating his first warranty issue (shower leak) was repaired by GGRV. As a courtesy, we went to Mr.' home to check out his concern. He then brought the trailer into our facility for the shower leak repair. Since this repair, Mr. had additional concerns. Any warranty work has to be sent to the manufacturer for authorization before work can be completed by any dealer under warranty. During this ***e, the industry was shut down do to the Covid Pandemic. As the industry re-opened, Mr.' list grew and his additional warranty complaints were outside the scope of our repair facility. We reached out to Cruiser RV directly and the unit is on it's way to the factory to address all of his concerns. We are not sure why Mr. chose to attack our business directly as we've only sought to help Mr. by submitting his claim for repair and subsequently coordinating with Cruiser RV directly when the repairs were needed to be made by the manufacturer. He has had nothing but cooperation by GGRV and Cruiser RV, even though he has visited most RV Dealers trying to trade in his unit and speaking badly about the unit and our business.Good Guys RV is a family-owned business and we strive to treat our customers as such. We love camping and our desire is for our customers to have wonderful camping experiences and make many memories. We are saddened by Mr.' frustration with his purchase, especially with his extreme attempt to discredit our business and wrongly quote us. We understand the past few months have been a strain on both people and businesses. We applaud Cruiser RV for acting swiftly under the circumstances to address Mr.' concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:
I would like to apologize for my complaint. The reason why I did it was because I felt I was getting the run around. I understand the Cruiser RV plant was closed for a few months, but my problems with the trailer started right after I bought it on Feb.1, 2020. Nothing was getting fixed except for the shower leak. The trailer is currently being repaired at the manufacture plant because I initiated the claim directly with Cruiser RV. I know your claim was denied because I had already started the process. If I have any other issues with the trailer, I know to go directly to the manufacture, Cruiser RV. Thank you

I *** Gave Good Guys RV a 1400 Deposit on an RV and after 3 months it was never delivered or completed for delivery when I asked for my money back the owners where treating and rude . the contract clearly states deposit is refundable .

The owners where very rude. They went out pf their way to bully me. When I left a negative review on Google, the owner approached me (i conduct business in area and he recognized my vehicle). He threatened me to have me remove my negative review. He told be they now have my name. He repeated the name a few times and smurking. He then just stood there for several minutes glaring at me.
I was in my car, I rolled up my windows and told him to go away. I could not drive off because I was breastfeeding my son. These people have verbally harassed me twice. I have never spoken to them except to ask them to get away from me and my car. Bith times I was stuck because I had my infant with me. They are bullies.
