The owner of this cemetery is extremely rudeHe is only concerned with his moneyMy family and I went to obtain a plot and head stone for my brother who passedWe selected a stone and design but he didn't even offer for us to add words to the stone, I had to ask multiple timesWe were told we'd receive a rough draft of the stone within a month and never didWe were told it would take days for the stone to be in the ground, it was September 8th, meaning it should have been in the ground by the second week of NovemberI went that week to see if it was, and I was told it would be put in the following weekI returned the next week and still it was not in the groundI got the run around and I was told it couldn't be put in the ground because it was already frozenIt was now the last week of November by this time, almost days after we ordered it, almost days after I was told that it would be in the groundI went in to complain once again and it was finally put on top of the groundNot ideal, but I was just happy to see my brother's stone before the first snowfallHowever his stone was not correct, it was not what we picked out as a design on the stoneBut it's not surprising since we did not receive a rough draft of the stone in the mail as he previously stated we wouldIt is now April and his stone is still not in the ground! We have complained twice already, given the run around again, and told they'd figure it outStill haven't heard anything! To top it off, the owner was extremely rude! My sister was speaking to him about her concerns with the stone, he made some excuse why it was not in the ground and walked away and continued to ignore herThis place is completely unprofessional and disrespectfulAfter he obtained his money he did not care how he treated his customersThis is NOT good business besides the fact that we are still mourning! I DO NOT recommend this place at allHe will take your money and will not treat you with respect afterwards
