Called business to ask for claim form to report glass damage due to company not cleaning gravel from interstate work zone Was informed by the business representative that if I didn't submit a police report for the glass damage that my claim would not be considered This was over a month after the damage due to filing my first claim with the state since it occurred on a state maintained roadway I would never consider that a police report would be needed for a cracked windshield This damage was due to negligence and the business fails to take responsibility
