Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This letter is in reponse to a letter dated 10/01/will address each response by the business that I file this complent againstThey said, There must have been a misunderstanding on the priceNot trueMy response , The salesman , myself & my wife , Had agreed on the price before I drove the truck home to have my mechanic look at this truck That is when we discovered that it had been in a disabling accidentAfter this discovery I call the Salesman and as for him to run a carfax this truckWhile I was home I picked up the cash to pay the agreed price for the truckI told the salesman that even though it had been wrecked, the repairs had been done correctly and that I was still going to take the truckAnd for him to finish writing up the papers , and I was on my way back to the car lotThey said, that the Salesman did not know how to run a carfaxNot trueMy response The salesman ,told me that he could not run a carfax on this truck, Because his Boss would not pay for itWhen I told him I never had heard of a car dealer not running a carfax at the request of a buyerThe salesman said that his Boss was to cheap to pay the feesThey said, I was Rude, and threw the keys at the salesmanNot completely TrueMy responseI may have been some what Upset, disapointed, and a little angryThe salesman had Been very nice to my wife and ISo was not rude to himI did not throw the keys at him, I tossed them to himHe told me that his Boss had came to •the car lot and told him he could not sell me the truck, When ask why, He would not tell meI have tried several times to find the owner of this car lot , and I have not had any luck doing soP.SYou may not have noticed but there was no signature on there response letterAlso , the truck is still on there lot , For sale Regards, [redacted]

This letter is in reponse to a letter dated 10/01/2015 will address each response by the business that I file this complent against. They said, There must have been a misunderstanding on the price. Not true. My response , The salesman , myself & my wife , Had agreed on the price before I drove the truck home to have my mechanic look at this truck . There must have been a miss understanding on the price.We never told the customer that he could not buy the truck.The salesman told him that he did not know how run a carfax and was not trying to hide anything.The customer was very rude with the salesman and threw the keys at him.lf we are not...

trustworthy why would he still want to even buy the truck?Unfortunately sometimes we just can not agree on the price we wish we could for everyone.
