I contacted carrymydog.com after breaking a bolt inside two panels in a crate I purchased from them last year. The owner chose not to thoroughly read my question (although very simple) in regards to finding out if I could get replacement panels and how much they would cost. He gave me the run around for 14 emails and then said he was done. I would have to speak with the manufacturer of the crate. I contacted the manufacturer and was ignored. When I finally received an answer that getting replacement panels was not a possibility, the owner of carrymydog.com accused me of trying to scam on the manufacturers warranty. In 57 emails, not once did I ever make reference to the warranty. But in at least 2, I stated that I would need to know the cost so I could save the money for purchase.
I have wasted 2 weeks on this nonsense because the owner can't take a few seconds to read my question. I am a consultant for several vets and shelters in my area and had previously referred people to carrymyd
