I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAlthough I am satisfied with the resolution, the business' accusations are absolutely absurd and unfounded as I have Provided all the information for them to reach out to building management and of the parking garage security to figure out how the cushion was lostI even called myselfThe company never made an attempt to reach out to the management or parking garage securityFurthermore, I spent the day with the movers and offered to help with lifting items as they were already running so far behind scheduleI am glad that this is resolved but it doesn't change that this company should not be trusted and was incredibly unprofessionalEven with the resolution I wound up having to spend unnecessary money since I had to throw away a good leather sleeper sofa and get another couch
