The dissatisfaction Mr. [redacted] has experienced is the direct result of a laser treatment he received from [redacted] tattoo removal in Texas. As of this date, Mr. [redacted] and GLI have not come to a resolution on his dissatisfaction as the dissatisfaction is the result of the service provided by another company. We hold open our offer to work with Mr. [redacted] at our GLI office until he is completely satisfied.
