booking and few times before his move about our hour minimumOur guys worked very hard, fast and without breaks and completed the job just minutes shy of 4hsThe customer did not want to pay the full amount that was agreed upon, was upset we would not take money off of his bill and tried to not provide paymentWe do provide professional workers and professional services and our word is our wordThis customer has been given a copy of his invoice/receipt as promised, it arrived around a week late as there had to be clarification of some of the information needed for it with the customerWe were responding to his calls and messages. This customer continued to leave bad reviews on all of our sites even after he received his receipt we believe because he was not happy having to pay the full amount agreed uponAs he mentioned His move was completed timely, safely and properlyWe are sorry he was not satisfied however we believe we provided excellent service to him
