Review: I entered into a one year service 'agreement' with good neighbor gardens which they did not honor. it stipulated that I would pay for the installation of a vegetable garden which they would tend and harvest for a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program. In return for growing on and harvesting from my land, the agreement stated that I would receive a share of produce from all the residential 'farms' they manage. Shortly after installing the garden, they reduced the frequency of the produce deliveries from what the agreement stated. Communication and privacy were stressed as shared concerns yet they failed to communicate about when they would be on my property to tend the garden, failed to come when they said they would, and frequently failed to report on visits (or even if a visit occurred or not). At some point they changed their business model again and required substantial payment for produce delivery/garden tending ($40 per month). there was poor communication between [redacted], the owner, and her employees. When asked they didn't know what was planted in my garden or what communication occurred between myself & others in the company. I told [redacted] I was unhappy with their communication, reliability, and service and I did not want to pay for service that was included according to our agreement after my initial outlay for the installation. I offered to forgo my portion of the produce and allow them to continue harvesting my garden through the end of the season and asked that the planter boxes be removed after the harvest season. they agreed to this but failed to harvest and the garden became extremely overgrown. when asked if they'd abandoned my garden they repeatedly scheduled and cancelled time to come trim/harvest it (or sometimes didn't cancel or show up). they finally removed one planter; two remain. I recently contacted them requesting removal of the remaining planters and [redacted] said it's not their responsibility and it would cost $300. This is not acceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like the remaining planters promptly and properly removed for restoration of my yard to pre-Good Neighbor Gardens condition.
