To whom it may concern Please note this is in response to complaint for (*** ***)On ***/*** *** made a purchase of a dishwasher with extended warranty from warrantech for $ Sometime in Jan *** *** contacted Home Appliance Corp, stating that she called for service under her extended warranty contract and there was a mistake with the information that was provided at the time of purchase.Home appliance than contacted Warrentech to correct any mistakes in information provided Warrentech at the time of purchaseSales receipt was sent to warrentech via emailAll Response were made and received via email All information was corrected and validated from warrentechWe also received an email that was relayed to *** *** That all information was updated." Quoted from email received from Warrantech--*** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** *** ** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** * *** ** ** ***I also contacted Dependable service which *** *** said she was forced to call to have here diswasher repairedI was told by Dependable service that *** *** did in fact have her dishwasher repaired and serviced by DependableThe results of this service was that Dependable service DID NOT CHARGE *** *** for this SERVICE call, due to the fact they put a claim into Warrentech for $this was for a valve and a grate and all services preformed Dependable service also went on to say that they were paid by warrentech for these serviceI find that this claim is erroneous and unwarranted due to this simply fact that warrentech is paying for *** *** for repair and services

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

on 3/**/16 I attempted to contact Wind Service and they would not answer the phone.  I called Home 2x to let them know and was told there was nothing they could do because "they had the same phone no" as I had.  I then emailed Winds Service and received no response.  As a result we had to get in touch with Dependable Home Appliance in Inwood.  I have two receipts documenting the fact that I paid $135.79 on 3/**/16 for "reinstalled wire, and $108.63 for  water valve installed on 4/*/16.  I have a copy of the bills available for review.   I emailed Home to let them know how unhappy I was that they did not assist me and that I would never shop with them again, and they never responded.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Home Appliance Corp. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
An owner (he may have been Bob, he would not identify himself by name), called on May [redacted] and berated me throughout the entire...

phone conversation for filing a complaint rather than going to them first.  I tried to explain that I had called their office three times and I sent an email prior to going to Revdex.com, but, he would not allow me to speak.  he just kept yelling at me, not allowing me to get in a word.  In addition, he was citing a [redacted] inquiry.  My complaint, however, was with the latest [redacted] inquiry and the one previously filed.  I requested several times that he stop yelling and that he allow me the option of speaking.  I finally said if he couldn't speak to me in a civilized tone I would have to hang up - he responded by yelling, "[redacted]" and he hung up on me.  It should be noted that throughout the past 20 years my husband and I have probably spent approximately $5,000 in appliances from them.  so, for him to scream at me because I want the refund of $149 for a worthless warranty, which they sold to me seems crazy to me.  they've just lost a very, very good customer.So, now what happens?
