I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: We contracted with Good News Home Improvement for new windows for 1/2 of our home, 17 windows, which we had installed on 6/19/14. All went well and the windows are beautiful, until after the installation and we paid in full. Then I noticed that 2 different colors of caulking were used. I called and talked to them and they said they would come out and re-caulk so it would match. After that service call they did the same thing and we still had 2 different colors. It is obvious so this I don't understand. Then they said they would come out and paint it so it all matched. It is now Oct. and I have had no word from them. Very unprofessional, you would think they would be prepared at the time of the install and have all the proper products to do the job right. It would have been an easy fix to just bring out the right color and get it done instead of giving me the run around and excuses. I paid over $10,000 and I still am waiting for the job to be completed the proper and professional way. I was going to have them install the rest of the windows in the house, another 18 windows, but now I have to find someone else and hope I have better luck.Desired Settlement: Just come out and finish the job the correct way.
