Good Ranchers

Ordered a box with a ham on 3/13 for Easter. Kept checking tracking # and only said label created. Called Wednesday assured me it would be delivered in time for Easter. Called again Thursday since tracking still didn’t say it was shipped. Gave me a new tracking # assuring me it will be delivered in time. It’s Good Friday, checked the new tracking and it says shipper canceled. The original tracking still says label created 3/14. I called today and their wait time was high so I requested a call back..that was 5 hrs ago. I don’t think I’ll be getting that ham in time for Easter since the fed ex shipping says cancelled. No one has called or emailed me back. I’ve ordered several boxes with them over the year and really enjoyed the food but the customer service is not good. I think I’ll be going to Moink box.

I wanted to order not just for my family, I was going to order for 3 other families, however after reading about 20 negative reviews all communicating the identical complaints, I do not feel comfortable taking the risk of placing the orders. I hope one day Good Ranchers will live up to there marketing campaigns.

The dry ice was all but gone. The BACON was unfrozen, and my wife Linda will not cook it for fear of getting sick. Is there anything that can be done? If not, we wish to STOP any more orders in the future. This means STOP, not keep sending unfrozen meat.

My wife will not eat the BACON. Th bacon was completely UNFROZEN and Linda will not cook it . Is there anything that can be done to prevent this from happening again. The very small pieces of the dry ice were still there but not doing the job intended.

I received 1 pound lumps of meat rather than individual hamburgers and was told this was due to a packaging issue that was supposed to be resolved "by the end of the year" in 2022. I delayed my order until 2023 but still got the "lumps". When I contacted the company, I was told that they decided not to package individual burgers. Of course, they did not announce this in any of their numerous marketing emails. In the seafood box, they changed from peeled shrimp to unpeeled shrimp in 2022. When I contacted them in September 2022 I was told that this problem would be resolved "by the end of the year" also. When I contacted them in January 2023 about the burger, I asked about the shrimp and was told that I "should be getting peeled shrimp" but then was also told "it is dependent on availability in our fulfillment center and the local farms...So I can't promise that it will arrive this way." The whole experience was is a lot of double talk and scripted messages. Overall the quality is OK but not worth the trouble and instead I will just make the 3 hour round trip periodically to a local high-quality country store that has locally produced meats.

We ordered 12/1. 21 days later it was still “in processing” which was supposed to take 7-10 days. We called and cancelled and received a credit. Then 1 month later we’re charged again as the merchant stated our order was delivered to a different state. Still disputing this charge. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Was very leery after reading these terrible reviews. I received a gift certificate for Christmas so I ordered the seafood package. Not only did I get to use my gift certificate but I also received an extra $50 gift card that they offered over the holidays. I received my seafood package in perfect condition. It came well packed and frozen. It also arrived on time, no delay, within a few days.
So far we have had the rainbow trout and the salmon and they were both really delicious and fresh. Much better than what I buy from our local grocery store. I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered on Dec 26,2021, received email stating my order would be delivered Jan2,2022. TodY is Jan 5,2022 and it has not arrived. No customer service or phone number! Will be canceling my subscription!

I get it. No one wants to go the grocery store. Companies are taking advantage of this online buying craze. They advertise, we click, we buy. But then they are not able to meet demand expediently, I guess. I ordered Oct 18 2021. Got the delivery Nov 2. Luckily I was home! The dry ice was gone some meat was lukewarm but ALL meat was thawed. No phone number to call. No online chat. Only an email. Is the meat safe to freeze again? Some vacuum packs were not sealed anymore. Leakage in some boxes. It's too bad because the idea is sound. Grass fed etc etc.

no customer service, no one contacts you when you need find out about why your order was shipped to the West Coast instead of East Coast, then they send it because I reported it to BBB and it takes 4 days to arrive, with dry ice evaporated which all the meat arrived thawed and was not that cold.
Now I'm do I cook the meat or throw it out?

I am writing as many times and as many people as I can. This company is nothing but a rip off. They do not have contact for customer service. Shipping continued to be delayed, took nearly 2 weeks to get my order. 95% of the meat was not edible as it was defrosted. I would like a full refund.
